Food: You HAVE to purchase a special package in order to bring food into this establishment. Seating: a majority of their tables but maybe 2-3 are reserved. There's no sitting space for families if they choose to come here. Restrooms: No toilet paper in the stalls. And when I was on the phone I heard one of the employees say "there isn't any on the other stalls?" Like uhm hello I'm in the phone with a man sitting in the women's stall.... Like what?! You work here. Get toilet paper and put some in the stalls. Luckily someone walked in and I asked them if they can please get me some toilet paper "from the other stalls" Employees: they are rude. Not once did me or my family and friends feel welcomed. Almost like we should not be here. If you don't have I guess special accommodations with this places you're treated differently. Not only that but working with children all around you. Employees should be more aware of their surroundings as one of them hit my one year old with a box. No apologies either. I paid $30 for us both to play and was handed my empty nerf gun and told bullets were inside. Inside meant I had to pick all bullets off floor. After trying to scavenge 40 bullets from floor now was time to have a nerf war.... wait the guns didn't work. Bullets only flew 3 feet if they didn't jam. Switched out guns with employee same results. Stayed for 13 minutes total. This place ruined my day my kid was disappointed and I feel like I threw my money away. This is really the worst place ever.

We could not not confirm anything since the "manager" would not return calls. We went to the new location twice only to find it closed. We basically had to cross our fingers and hope they were open on the day of the party, and thankfully they were, but what a disappointing dump that place was. They were still putting things together, their internet sucked and they were having trouble with the VR, and when it finally got going the guy in charge wanted to give us a hard time, saying it costs extra. Well when we booked the party the person helping us told us it was included in the package price. Don't waste your time here, make the extra effort and go to Dave and Busters for your kids parties. This place isn't worth the price and the staff are just rude and unhelpful.

10/26/23: Funbox is…read morelocated in the parking lot adjacent to Round 1 Amusement. There is plenty of parking because it's at the mall. I was so excited to be among the 1st group of bouncers at 3:00p on Opening Day at Funbox Albuquerque. The 1st session, (both 90 minutes) was not crowded so I got to talk with the Funbox Team. Shout out to Team Lead, Destyni, and Park Monitors, Kloe and Courtney. Thank you for increasing my funnery. I recommend purchasing your $9 advance tickets on https://funbox.com/albuquerque. Funbox is extremely safe if you have some mobility issues (I sure do), but it's not for anyone who utilizes a wheeled /mobility chair. There are chairs if you need a breather (or 5 like I did). At the end of your bouncing, the Park Monitors blow whistles and you must start to make your way out. I attempted to go through every part of the bouncey house and found laughter all along the way. Adult kids like me and kids of all ages were having a great time. Adults: If you attempt to try a slide, we don't come down as gracefully as the kids do. I bounced down the slide!!!!
