Love how close and convenient this kid's gym is to our home. This facility is so neat and clean. Safe for your little ones at all ages. The usually have Tuesday special of half off. We spent $9 for admission and a pair of soaks for myself. They also sell snacks and water if needed and what a great idea to host your kid's birthday party here.

I took my son here for the parents night out this past Friday and he loved it. The staff is so nice. He got to play, eat pizza, play games, paint shirts, watch a movie. We are definitely going back for another parents night out for there Halloween event.

I've come to this place at least 4 times since it's the only indoor playground in my area and it always disappoints me. It seems like they care less and less about the quality and environment they provide the children. If you're not supervising your child, they could probably end up getting hurt. Sign says no climbing, yet kids with unsupervised parents are still not obeying the rules and my kid ended up with a goose egg injury on his head. Due to no one supervising the area, when there is usually a person. They charged me $19 to not have anything working properly. I will not be coming back but if you bring your kids here I would recommend for you to supervise them.

My son and I have visited this place twice, and we really enjoy it! It gets crowded and often reaches full capacity, but I understand why. There are two sections: one for toddlers and another for older kids. My son enjoys both. I appreciate that parents are allowed to play with their kids. They have cameras and screens so you can watch your child if you prefer to sit, but I prefer to play with my son. You do need to buy the socks they provide, which cost $2.50 each. The place is very clean! Other places we've visited smell as soon as we enter, but here it's clean. On my last visit, I saw a worker cleaning the place. The facility isn't large, but the play area is packed with activities, making it the right size for kids. All the staff are very nice and also keep an eye on the children. We're glad this place exists and plan to visit weekly when we can!

Had my daughters 2nd birthday here && all friend invited had a BLAST! Parents had a great time chattin' it up while the kids played while still being able to monitor them on the cams and was able to join in if they so choose! Thankful to Kidtastic staff for the help setting up & making the party schedule run so smooth, everything was perfect!

Great place to take the kids & grandkids for some good old fashioned fun & family time. They have separate sections for the littles 3 & under that has 2 slides, balls, oversized legos & other climbing adventures & platforms. I highly recommend. It's a enough entertainment for a couple of hours. They have drinks & pizza & other food for purchase. We will be back with the grandkids.

Perfect place for kids 6 and under, in my opinion. We've been countless times and have had a few parties here as well. The staff and owners are involved, communicative, and friendly. The kids have a blast and because of the layout and size of the facility, I don't loathe going there with my kids.

I was interested in hosting a birthday party but the party packages are over-priced. Looks to be fun place to hang out with toddlers though.

My only complaint is it felt very stuffy and not well air-conditioned or ventilated. After 2 hours of play on a hot Houston morning, the kids were flushed and everyone was dripping in sweat! "Socks only" play in the main play zone, which hosts a big structure, 2 stories, basically a kids' obstacle course. So many things to jump on, climb, and slide down, made mostly of foam and inflatable material for cushioning. Adults have plenty of seating right in front of the play zone, where they could enjoy a coffee or concessions and enjoy a mom's meetup. They have a few hot & iced coffees available to order, along with some grab & go bottled drinks. There are also a couple of private rooms for hosting parties. Came here for a friend's birthday party, and the kids (ages 2 to 5) had a blast.... They spent a pretty penny ($700 for the middle tier "Premier" package) but it included: - Admission for 15 kiddos - A face painter hired for an hour - Dance party & photos with the monkey mascot - Meal (chicken nuggets & pizza) plus snacks - Room decorations & cake cutting - Gift Bags for guests Food is pretty decent. Cute spot for fun & safe play. ...Just wish they kept the temperature a bit cooler, with so much activity.

I suggest registering prior to arriving as they only have a few kiosks and signing the waiver can take some time. You have to buy their non slip socks, however, you can reuse them. My picture shows the entry into the fun area. It was overwhelming for him at first but he became accustomed. There are so many nooks and crannies, it's pretty much a giant blow up house in door. lol, but sturdy!!! They also have an area for 5 and under, where we spent the remainder of our time. They have several rooms to host birthdays and provide birthday packages. I highly recommend arriving when they open as it quickly became busy with all of the birthdays. If you're looking to get some cardio in this is the right place. You can bring in your own food and they have plenty of seating for parents. Super cool idea!

It was a bit of a zoo because of that exact reason but we had an amazing time!! The was the first of our monthly outings with the grandkids - ages 3 and 7. Funbox had something for everyone- there is an area for toddlers to play, families to hang out and even an arcade area. Our two year old LOVED the basketball area and the seven year old was obsessed with getting through the various challenges. Both of them had a blast and all four of us were completely worn out and ready for a nap by the time our time was up. We loved that there was a time slot that you reserve so that crowds don't get too crazy. We are looking into scheduling a birthday party there now!

In my past experience, only the kids' tickets need to be redeemed, not the parents', especially since adults are not playing. Today, the man at the front desk told both my husband and me that we also had to redeem tickets for ourselves. I was surprised, but when I asked why, he coldly said, "It's the policy." After I signed the waivers and was about to go in, I noticed a large sign right behind me that said ADULT IS FREE. I asked the receptionist again why we still had to redeem tickets for the adults, and he simply repeated, "It's policy." I then asked to speak with a supervisor because this felt very unfair, and he told me that he was the supervisor. When I asked to speak with someone from corporate, he then said he was the manager. At that point, I was extremely frustrated and told him I would leave a review about my experience. Only then did he call a private number, and the owner told me that different Kanga locations operate under different policies. She said she does not know what other stores do, but at this location, adults also have to redeem tickets when using a GetOut Pass. We will not come back again! the biggest issue was not even the redemptions, but how poorly the situation was handled on site and how arrogant the staff were On top of that, there was a birthday party going on, and we could consistently smell marijuana, which was another reason we did not want to stay. I believe it may have been from one of the parents who had smoked before coming in, and the smell was lingering inside. This is supposed to be a child-friendly environment, and the smell was very obvious. Even the mom next to me was talking about it, but the staff did nothing, which was extremely frustrating.
