Writing this review in December 2021, I was impressed by their holiday decor and Christmas tree inventory when so many other area nurseries seem to be struggling to offer decent options. Supply chain issues have left few choices among Bountiful Acres' competition, but they seem to have figured it out and kept the lines of communication and supply open with their vendors. Andy helped us on our recent visit. He's been their 20+ years and was so friendly and helpful. He also offered some great, insightful advice on some landscaping materials we asked about for privacy screening. Definitely worth the trip. read more

I looked for Basil Genovese which they had in a pot. No price tag,they charged me $17.99. I paid. Next day at McCaffrey supermarket I found the same basil, same size for only $10.99! What a ripoff! I would check other nurseries before buying anything from these people. read more

My family stopped by Bountiful Acres the other day to look for some flowers for the backyard. All staff and patrons were required to wear face masks while working/perusing. Understandably flowers and home improvement are hot commodities during these COVID-19 laden times, however, this particular garden center was extremely expensive. And no, I'm not referencing a comparison to Home Depot, or Walmart, Bountiful Acres was noticeably more expensive than other garden centers I had visited within the same day. Very unique Nursery . With so many in door plant collections . I love it . They have big collection for the holidays decor , very beautiful set up inside of the shop also . I found some clay pots with reasonable price. That is a plus . I will definitely go back ! read more

My husband and I found Bountiful Acres last spring after we relocated here from the Washington, DC area. From the first experience, we knew this was a place we wanted to form a longer-term relationship with. The employees-- every single one-- are knowledgeable and friendly and go WAY out of their way to assist you regardless of what your project is. We started purchasing a few plants/shrubs to kick off our landscaping, then began to purchase larger sets of mature shrubs/trees from Bountiful Acres's fields. We're now working with the team at Bountiful to design and landscape our entire front yard. Jeremy, Andy, and Fatima are the best of the best. Each and every time we have come in with questions (plant conditions, planting logistics, bugs/pests, design ideas, etc), Jeremy has gone WAY out of his way to assist us down to the smallest detail. He's our expert in all things, and we are so incredibly grateful for the time and attention and obvious passion he devotes to his job and customers. It's rare that you find a business that combines the best products with the best customer service-- and then infuses that with employees that obviously care about their jobs and love to work there. We contacted them fairly late in the season, hoping to get our holiday lights put up within a reasonable amount of time. Dave's response was, "I like to help people if possible, so let's see what we can do." He delivered ahead of schedule, and I was happily surprised by his level of involvement. We had Bountiful Acres do our flower beds at our new home. They had a gentleman come out and measure and help us pick plants, as we live in a wooded area full of deer. First, there has been such a lack of communication from the get go. The gentleman is very kind, but seriously horrible at responding. We didn't find out when they were coming to do the beds until the day before. Second, we were told if the deer mess with any of the plants they will replace them. Well, they did and we have been calling and leaving emails that go unanswered. Third, our hydrangea is horribly diseased and dying. Still crickets from them. Go with another nursery that is way more knowledgeable and professional. We will be working with Bucks Country Garden Center from now on. *Oh and I forgot to mention that they didn't put nearly enough mulch in and there are plenty of weeds and grass already coming through. This store has a lot of plants and flowers that were extremely nice and healthy looking. However they were extremely expensive. We went here on a very hot day and it was hard to look around in that heat. We were there for a good 20 minutes though and not one sales person or employee made an appearance. It was like a ghost town. Not sure if I'd return due to the prices. read more

LOVE it here! (Nearly gave then 5 stars) Bountiful acres has been supplying Bucks COunty gardeners with plants and shrubs and floral supplies for YEARS and Years and years. They have a large selection of live plants - and seasonally (especially in spring) there is an annual rush for annuals. The staff (the ones who aren't teen-aged kids of the people who work there) are very knowledgeable about gardening and horticulture. A great source for the home gardener. The prices can be high (for some things - like flats of begonias or impatiens) but the quality is much higher than those same cheapie flat you could buy at K-Mart. I really enjoy shopping here. Oh - and Halloween at Bountful is SUCH fun. Pumkins and gourds galore. Great source for Christmas tress, swags, wreaths and greenery, too. read more

If you expecting any communication from the landscaping department, don't. As soon as you drop off the deposit, it's nothing but silence. You will have to call and wait, call & wait. Yes, the work was done nicely but they just planted and left. They didn't even knock on the door to let me know they were done or asked if I had any questions. No recommendations on how to take care of the newly planted shrubs or trees. We had to call them to ask about paying the final balance but once again, nothing.....silence. I guess they will just send us the bill. I wish we went elsewhere. read more

This place has a great selection of flowers, shrubs, trees and gardening accessories. We purchased some flowers for the front of our home and an awesome wind chime. It was overpriced, because I found a similar one that was bigger and better for a third of the price at Homegoods. None the less, this place is a pretty cool place. read more

They have a great selection but customer service is lacking. I came here because of a promotion found through Yelp "$75 for $100". I was ready to use that promo code to purchase about $150 worth of plants but they said they wouldn't honor it and that Yelp was a scam company. If your business has false information out there that is brining people in, you've got to get it figured out and not dismiss customers. read more

We recently had the landscape designers at Bountiful Acres update our landscaping and were extremely pleased with the outcome. The entire process went smoothly from the design, to the selection of plant material to the installation. Rob took a lot of time to help us select plants that would work in our yard. We had several large trees installed and the installers took special care that to ensure they were planted properly. They were able to work with the existing plants we wanted to keep and added a wide variety of colorful new plants that will bloom throughout the summer and fall season. We are very happy with our project and our decision to hire Bountiful Acres. read more

At Bountiful Acres you will find selection, they really have a nice spread of baskets, flats, shrubs and other thing for the yard. They have been at their location for as long as I can remember. But you will also find that you will be paying for their selection, I was looking for some hanging baskets and found their prices some $5-$10 more than some of the other places in the area. As far as quality, I think if you look hard enough you will find some as good if not nicer flowers around. As far as service, I have always found when going there that they never really seemed to want to take the time with someone like me who is looking for a deal, I guess they have some customers with deep pockets over that way. read more

I went to look at hanging baskets, as I needed a second one to match. The same plant I bought at Farm & Garden was $20.00 more here!!!! This made me very angry. Some of their plants don't look that healthy, and I find the staff isn't friendly. Not on my list anymore. read more

I hired Bountiful Acres last fall to redo a few beds around my house. Their landscaper was a specialist in perennial flowers (English gardens) which suited me just fine. She made a plan and planted most of the plants in late October promising to come back in the spring to finish up. Once spring came I could see that much of what she planted had died. I called the office and was told the designer was no longer working there. The new guy tried to find her plans and the paperwork. Luckily I had my statement and the list of plant material. Since the plants were guaranteed for one year I was able to get the new designer to convince the owner that they had to make good on my order. Some of the replacement plants were pitiful. Considering what I paid for this job (2500.) it was the worst ever. Most likely I will be replanting these beds again. Stay away from this place. read more

We bought 2 cherry and 3 willow trees. One of the cherrys died within 9 months. They replaced it after several calls and a visit. The other Cherry never was very healthy; they wouldn't replace it. The willows are terrible specimens. I paid another visit to discuss the willows and they couldn't have cared less. Maybe someone has to buy 100 trees to get their attention. Regardless, we paid a good bit of money for five trees (and they planted them), and the three willows probably won't make it. We will take our business elsewhere. read more

Bountiful Acres is one of the first places I visit for my plant selection each Spring. Their prices are usually higher than other places the area, but they have some unique plants and varieties that I cannot find elsewhere. So, I get my inspiration there and do a price check elsewhere for the common varieties but if I see something unusual, I buy it right away. I waited a couple times, was not able to find the plants, went back to BA only to find out they were sold out of that variety. I do highly recommend them for selection and plant health. read more

Today I called on the phone to see if they carried 3/4" red tipple in bags. I was told they had it. Dropped everything and drove over to find out that they don't have it. Manager didn't seem at all bother by the inconvenience it caused me and said that I could Pay to have it delivered! Then his assistant turned around and quipped that I should just go to Bucks County Gardens! I was too much of an inconvenience for her. Total lack of customer service. Will never go Back there. Their arrogance and total lack for the customer doesn't warrant my business nor yours. read more

Bountiful Acres did a great job removing several very large arborvitae and planting new ones as well as planting four new azaleas. The crew not only did a good job removing and planting but also cleaned everything up exceptionally well. Dave Flack was a great guy to work with. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Absolutely horrendous. The cashiers could not work the register at all and I was at the register for a good 20 minutes before I left and I only bought one thing. I asked for an opinion from one of the other non cashier workers and he was very short with me and not helpful at all. Prices are also insane for some cheap looking junk and an occasional nice decoration. Never coming back and will tell everyone I know in the area. read more
