Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. He and the people working for him showed a lot of attention to detail, checked in with me often about the project to make sure it was coming along and looking as I expected, and every day at the end of the day the work site was clean and organized. I'm planning some plant installations and a new deck and Gerard's Landscaping is going to be my first call!

The PPNW gardeners chose to prune only half of it leaving it weird looking and incomplete. Why they didn't knock on the door or call to ask if it was okay to prune the whole thing is a question unanswered by owner Shannon. Instead, she chose to cut off service to us as she felt it was rude of us to ask.

I brought my family into Edmonds for a fun day of walking, lunch and exploring. When you see the store of course there are beautiful displays of garden art and mainly glass in the store front. There are numerous signs requesting no photos. There are NO SIGNS mentioning to ask for help in picking up or NOT TO TOUCH. My father was interested in a glass bee for my mother and it fell off the brass rod and the wings broke. I assume she was the owner and blocked the door and was not friendly nor understanding and insisted we pay for the bee. I tried to reason with her that the other bees in the display were securely attached and what happened was an accident and that we were very sorry. This piece was $140 and she was not letting them leave without paying. I asked my parents to leave with my young child as she didn't need to listen to this greedy awful woman berate my father for having an honest accident with glass that wasn't securely displayed. I explained to her numerous times there are NO SIGNS anywhere asking for people not to touch the pieces or to ask for assistance. I paid her $80 for the broken bee because I can have the glass fused and repaired. Her attitude, service and disrespect were appalling and disgusting! Shame on you!!

Van was clear in communication - we accomplished a lot via text messaging; they were fast in execution and implementation and amazing in clean up. About my tag line - I'm not exaggerating when I lead with 'to the rescue', let me provide some details for context ... I'd previously hired a different landscaping service to do some fairly major change, cleanup and renovation work for my small space. In the end, that other landscaper's description of the work, including rendered images of what the finished product was to look like - did NOT match the result. Enter the home owner's association ... where they reminded me that what they approved and what they saw - wasn't the same.
