Their bid was about half of what we'd been offered by the other companies who came out and they actually recommended doing something different with the lawn than we'd been planning on which came out to be a lot cheaper and will make the yard look better longer. I was also impressed that they tried to be considerate of our neighbors who we share a driveway with. In order to access our yard they had to park right in front of our neighbors garage, blocking them in, so they pulled out all of their equipment and then moved their truck down the hill and out of the way. They got the job done quick, were happy to answer some questions I had over the phone the next day and were just generally very easy to work with.

They parked on the side of our driveway, not to block the garage. We are renovating, so our driveway gets blocked A LOT because other companies are not paying that close of attention. I almost went and said something, but lickety split they were in the truck and gone. I spoke to a different guy on another occasion and obviously got no where. I know it's the nature of using a blower that makes it more difficult to make a pile and pick it up, but they must have a broom and dustpan. What makes it worse is I'm sure they're doing this everywhere they work, and aggravating all those neighbors.
