All I will say is Lance is a real charmer when he's selling you his expensive services, but from…read morethe day you sign you'll never see or be able to get in touch with Lance again. He sends high school kids on jobs on their own to install equipment and while they may get it done, don't even try to unravel the mess they make behind the walls and TVs etc.. Your only recourse to rip things out and start again if you run into issues. He talked me into a WIFI extender that only causes issues as it only broadcast 5g. While my TVs support 5g, my sound bars do not so it's hit or miss connecting the sound bars via WIFI. After giving this guy lots of work I asked if he could get an outdoor TV wired an hung for me. When he realized there wasn't a big pay day for what I needed, he disappeared, could not be reached and never called me back. He's just looking to cash in on a contract he somehow landed with Toll Brothers on new construction. Not surprised as Toll usually hires subpar local contractors to do piecemeal work. If you really want to track him down you can usually find him sunning himself in Carolina. That's where he is when they tell you he's out of town on business.
