We move on. Actually worked out better - found a far more reliable, friendly local plumber who was responsive and charged me $200 less. I should have known Service Tech wasn't reliable when they - well Denny, just threw out a nearly $600 flat quote to install one simple bathroom faucet...without ever seeing the job. I asked if he wanted the model number for the faucet. No need for that when he had no intent to follow through. Makes me wonder about all the other positive reviews. Maybe they were customers who paid for more expensive jobs. What a shame I just had a faucet.

I saw many good reviews about Legend Air, so I called. They were pleasant on the phone, understood the issue, said they could be here TODAY, between 12-2pm. Ron arrived at 12:40 and got to work. Troubleshooting didn't take long; we needed a new pump on the unit. He had one in the truck, and we sat and chatted with him while he worked. He was pleasant and efficient, and about an hour later all the work was done and the AC was cranking. We settled up and he was on his way shortly thereafter. I wish every service technician was as knowledgeable and friendly, and that every service call was as enjoyable.
