I called another A/C company that charged us $750 to essentially ad freon and I believe vacuum out our coil. That lasted until June this year when the same problem occurred. I called the same company who did the same work but charged $450 this time for just the freon, yet one week later our house was blowing only hot air again. That was an expensive week of A/C. I called them up in frustration. They said I have a leak a coil somewhere and that the only thing they can do is put more freon in and hope it lasts, or replace my entire unit for $8,000 considering the age of the unit. In a panic we needed to get second opinions and we called Victor's Air Conditioning. Victor's A/C came and checked out everything. They determined that I really don't need to replace the entire unit because my condenser unit wasn't as old as the house and has at least 5-7 good years left in it. (The other company never bothered to check the age of the condenser unit, and I never thought to consider that.) They determined the leak was caused by the evaporator coil inside the furnace. They replaced the evaporator coil for almost 1/7th the cost of replacing everything. They worked right around my schedule and were very professional. We actually had a few minor adjustments that needed to be done after the fact because our expansion valve was loose, but the they came right out every time and made sure we were comfortable in no time. I think in an industry where you as the homeowner are not the experts, it is really easy to be taken advantage of. I write this review in gratitude of working with Victor's. They are honest and saved my family a lot of money. I highly recommend their services, and if for whatever reason you are between several close estimates, let this review be a reminder that if you go with Victor,s your not hiring a company out to scam you, you are hiring a company who will get the job done right, and who is looking out for your best interests! - Chris, Middlesex, NJ

Always Comfy (Tom McNally), the name says it all they always make sure your home HVAC System is up and running, this a local service provider that really is there to help you with any HVAC issues. He came in when he said he will (on time) and will see what's the issue, explain what's the best solution for the issue and will not charge you arm and a leg for fixing it. He fixed the issue and then I asked him if we do a yearly service contract that will help us make sure that everything is running smoothly and also maintained properly. Then after he left our heating system worked fine for 2 days, he had already informed us that if this goes back we'll have to change a part that he had previously cleaned to make things work. After two days heating went back to working on and off, so I called Always Comfy and Tom said he will be there at the end of the days as we come home after work to fix it. It's was to our surprise he came to fix it just before he had to join his family for a dinner on his birthday. That's going above and beyond to make sure we had our home Always Comfy and we would recommend them over any big name in the area. Although everyone is in business to make profits, but Tom understands that he is not in business to make one time profit or long term business relationships which will grow s your referral will help him to make profits larger than spending money on advertising for months. Just a little synopsis before we had met Always Comfy (Tom McNally) what all we went through. It's been a while we had been looking for someone who can give us a second opinion for our house HVAC and we have been with AJP for 6 years and now they had been suggesting that our furnace is not performing at optimum we should go for High-Efficiency systems that will help us with our home heating & cooling and reduce our electric & gas bill. We called few guys and they all wanted money before suggesting anything to even come in, one guy comes in and tell that there is some wiring issues with our system and that can be fixed for a material cost of $250-300 and when I asked him what's the issue he said you need to pay me $99 for coming to my place and $100 for consultation before he can utter a word. I said since it's too cold and my heating system was acting up so I said "we would certainly like this to be fixed, please explain what the issue is". He said let me make some calls and he went out came back and closed the system and walked out without anything done what so ever.
