I quickly realized this was NOT something I could fix myself. So I walked into the flower shop and said, "I need help, and this might be a strange request." The guy at the desk immediately said, "Let me guess... you ordered flowers, they came in a box, and now you don't know what to do with them?" He was absolutely right. He opened the box, took a look, and told me to come back in 15 minutes.
