Really terrible service. Had to ask to order 3 times before we got served, waitress gave us water once, we had to go up to the bar to ask for a refill and she didn't come to check on us once. Had to ask for the BILL 3 times as well, when they finally brought it they overcharged. They were combative and didn't want to fix it, we ended up just leaving cash and walking out the door. Really embarassing. I understand sometimes the place can be swamped but it was just unacceptable how we never got an apology and no one even tried to make it right. And I came in here wanting to tip exuberantly. Well forget about it. 20%, and that's my insult. Zero conversation. No personality......"babe." Pizza was pretty good. Pour was strong. But damn, when the service is this bad it hurts. Been here 3 hours and been checked on 4 times with 3 results. I saw 3/4 dudes in the kitchen with 1 bartender, 1 "floater, " from 2p-5p. This place has quickly become one of my favorite go-to's in the area. The wings are unbelievable! Try the honey hot sauce- you won't regret it. They also offer a long list of French fry combinations likes the Jersey fries (old bay and cheese sauce) as well as gravy fries. Every time we order them, they even arrive perfectly crispy and hot in just 20-30 minutes. To be honest, the establishment exceeded our expectations, as we've driven past it dozen of times and always a little skeptical of how good the food could possibly be. Tiffany made my evening a pleasure. She recommended the wings and pizza and she was spot on. The wings are baked then fried and coated with your choice of sauce, hot for me, quite tasty. Saw a small hit rod gathering in the parking lot , so stopped in thi check out the cars. Turns out they do this all summer long. I saw a picture of their wings on DoorDash and my mouth started watering. Usually the pictures of the food are better than IRL but let me tell you their wings were bomb! Sauce in every crevice (sorry I know that word is gross) and when I asked for my wings fried hard, they actually fried them hard. My friend had never had well done wings before and listening to the soundtrack of her "mmmm, mMMmMms" was well worth it. We also had the pretzel which, my friend ate the whole damn thing before I realized I missed out. If you're looking for good laid back bar food you will not be disappointed. Bonus points for our bartender Heather who was personable and just so ON IT. The last sip of every one of my drinks was greeted by Heather, "another one?". I can't tell you how much I hate losing my buzz because a slow server doesn't notice my drink is empty; Heather did not disappoint. After leaving we decided to make this our Monday night spot. Pretty decent place. Do not let the parking lot intimidate you, even though you might seem like a lot of cars outside it is large inside and can accommodate many people. The food is decent. Prices are a bit High. Friendly staff. They do have live bands from time to time. Over all the Bourbon & Brews would not be my first choice for a "Hangout" however with its location right next to 295 it is a great place to stop in for a quick bite and a drink. Many of times I've been on long road trips and wish that there was places like this so convenient next to the highway. read more

Yep MISTAKE! after MISTAKE! We're from out of town and stop in for dinner, order an appetizer and 2 burger specials. Our food came; the appetizer and ONE meal . They said will get another right away . Well my husband finished his meal before mine came. Food was tasty but it was uncomfortable eating alone for both of us. We understand mistakes get made. We ordered a dessert to share which was delicious but it took a long time to arrive . The bill came and they charged us for 3 meals ! I told the waitress she said we'll take it off. I said well you should have offered to comp my meal since I had to wait again for it or at-least the dessert. The waitress agreed but the manager said no you ate the meal . I wasn't out for a free meal but my dinner experience with my husband was tarnished. Mistakes, rudeness atleast try and make it right. Not even an apology just and excuse and rudeness. Then when the new bill came my husband had to go find the waitress to pay cause she went and worked the bar and there was plenty of workers . Bad management . read more

When she brought my order of wings to the table, she couldn't help but actually put her fingers on the tines of my fork. But back to the hairy slider. No apology, no nothing. My Girl and I went there a while ago. We had been here on a couple of nights for the bands that were playing. While the bands played, the service was slow at the tables. Most of the time I went to the bar and got the order for the table. It struck me as funny. On the nights with the bands, the waitresses had to make their own drinks (for the tables they served). When I noticed this, I thought it was a fluke, so I watched more. Nope. Every order the waitress had to go behind the bar, get her beers, and make any drinks that were ordered. The bar tenders otherwise ignored them. On a different night, they were offering a special on Burgers. Always searching for a good Burger, we went. When we walked in, and the bar maid, yelled across the bar to "go ahead and seat yourselves". We sat at a table adjacent to the bar. There were (2) Barmaids. As we sat there, patiently waiting, we noticed them occasionally pointing in our direction while talking to each other. Eventually, one of the Barmaids decided to come to our table. We hadn't even order a beer, yet. She walked over took our beer order. We told her we would like to see a menu. By the time we finished our 1st beer, we still did not have menu's. Plenty of looking and pointing, but no menus. She finally brought our menu. We hastily ordered our burgers when she came back with another beer. AND THERE WE SAT. Eventually, after a minimum of 40 minutes, the bar maid looks over at us and yells, "Shit, let me check on your burgers". So, by then, of course, the burgers were almost ice cold. They fries were thoroughly cold. No apologies, no asking how the food was, nothing. Never again read more

The wings here are the weirdest wings ever. I ordered the garlic parm and it was literally like they sprinkled garlic and parm seasoning on DRY wings. Such a bizarre thing, my boyfriends basically seemed like they were douses in tabasco sauce. The service was good, there seems to be live music some nights if that's your thing. Made my first stop at what was formerly the Rocking Stone. My first impression was that it was the same bar just looking a bit cleaner less dark and a little bit airier. They still have takeout beer. And the outdoor bar still exists. I would say their menu is improved. What worries me is that they will suffer the same fate as the last bar. They have weekend music, and happy hour specials, and lunch specials. they are definitely trying to push this place. I had one of the pizzas which was quite tasty. But it is not close to Cinder nearby, although I will say this... they do pour a better martini than Cinder. The waitress I had was okay. She had the personality of a piece of cardboard, but she was the one who poured me my fantastic Martini so I should not complain.. This is not supposed to be a bad review , but this place did not overwhelm me. And I am just worried they will suffer the same fate as the Rocking Stone. That being said I will make sure I return at some point. read more

My boyfriend and I made the mistake of stopping st this establishment in our travels. I ordered on grub hub right before we got there (approximately 5 minutes.) We told the bartender that we ordered online about 5 minutes ago and ordered a single round of drinks. After the bartender let us sit there for 30 minutes.... I finally had to ask her if our food was done yet. She asked how we ordered it (after I initially told her online) and explained oh yeah I've been meaning to have us taken off Grubhub because it doesn't work. Then stands by the register and say nothing. My boyfriend had to ask if we could put in an order but I told him there was NO way I could order here.... she blankly ignored us and business was not an excuse as there were 5 other people and 4 were almost finished eating as we came in. Absolute waste of time, I can only imagine if you put in as much care in your food as your customers. Probably a blessing she decided to dismiss us... Thank goodness for Grubhub as they were more concerned with our dissatisfaction and experience than the bartender. read more

If you go there to sit at a table, don't expect a waitress to notice you or come right over. We got there and after a few minutes of looking around when to the bar to ask for drinks and a menu. The bar maid was really nice to us. After a long stretch the waitress came by after waiting on the next table first, ignoring us all the time. This style of waiting continued just as you'd expect. If I could have given this place 0 stars I would have...went here last Friday on the 'grand opening' night. Walked in and sat down. Was literally the only table. Took 10 minutes for the waitress to come over to us. Once we had our drinks, she did not come back over to check on us for almost 30 minutes (I know bc I set a timer after 20 minutes) I ended up walking up to the bar, which had less than 10 people at it, to order drinks which waitress then got - she offered no apology for not coming over. Fast forward another 20/25 min and we are ready to pay our bill and waitress still has not come over. Walked back up to the bar to pay our bill. As bartender got it for me, I mentioned that they should encourage their waitstaff to check on their only table more often than every 30 minutes which was met with the response 'I'm not sure what you wanted me to do, I have to stay behind the bar'.
