Unquestionably, Bourbon Street has delicious pizza which we have picked up and enjoyed on a number of occasions, but our experience at the restaurant today would likely guarantee that we will not try to dine in their restaurant again. Granted it was busy and this isn't t a comment on the waitresses, but we waited for about half an hour for someone to come to our table which never happened while we watched others who came in after us being served, and we finally walked out. Perhaps there is a staffing problem, but no one should be waiting that long without even a glass of water in any restaurant. Very disappointing! Management needs to pay attention or diners like us will go elsewhere. read more

This is a pleasant restaurant with friendly staff and good food. The prices are reasonable given the quantity and quality. Their specialty is pizza, we we have enjoyed the variety they have. ordered a large pizza for take out as I had a friend over, went back 15 mins later only to have them hand me a medium size. when I told the girl I ordered a large she said let me get the manager. He tries to give me the difference in price but I said no I want a large. After him trying to get me to take the medium I said plz just give me my money back. I travel a lot but live in GTA. And belive me this is not the best pizza or to die for or must have. Anyone remember 241 pizza? Yap pizza tasted exactly like 241, the only different here the sauce too watery. French onion soup is avarage as well. I've mentioned before that I think Belleville is a hard place to find great food. (Sorry Belleville - but there's hope for you yet.) After eating terrible pizza here for years I was happy to see that there might be an option for great pizza. Ordered and picked up from here - and overall were pretty happy with the results! Pizza was tasty and fresh, and the family enjoyed it. Was it the best pizza ever? No, but it was good! I was amazed to find they have seating inside for about 25 or so people - but the place was empty. Not sure if they have a beer license, but hopefully they are applying for one. I'd go sit and have a beer and eat pizza - it was cute inside, with a New Orlean's based decor (hence the name). Service at the cash was great - thank you. Parking was limited - so on a busy night, might need to street park, which is probably not a problem given it's location. Would I return: Yes. Would I recommend: Yes, give it a try. read more

Hole in the wall with great pizza! It's not NY style so don't expect super thin. But what it was was freakin tasty. We had a greek salad....really good. We had a bbq chicken pizza. Had ranch on it. We have always ordered from Bourbon Street Pizza, it was our go to and we have been very loyal customers. Until recently, it started 3 pizzas ago when they delivered a pizza with the wrong topping. We had to wait an additional hour for the right pizza to arrive. When it did the crust was like a Delissio pizza crust but much thinner. The next pizza had a bad crust again. Today the pizza arrived luke warm and once again the crust was less than desired. I am not sure if they had a change in cooks. My fiancee and I stopped by the restaurant on our way back to Ottawa. It was not very far from the 401. No. 1 things about the restaurant was the staff and atmosphere. Very homey ambiance and the staff were super friendly. Dinner started with a small serving of their garlic bread (with cheese of course) and French onion soup. The garlic bread was particularly good, mostly attributed to the cheese which we found to be much better than any place that we have been to and it wasn't too buttery. As for the French Onion Soup, the taste was all there, again relying on the flavour of the cheese, but I found that there was a bit too much bread compared to the soup itself. Less bread and more soup would make it perfect. We ordered two small pizzas (the Deluxe and the Bourbon Cheesesteak). Their pizzas turned out to be more cheese-focused than it is sauce - focused (not a bad thing!). The Deluxe was deliciously classic and tasted very fresh. The green peppers and onions were refreshingly crisp and the meat was well - balanced. Once again, the cheese added a strong flavour to the pizza and was balanced well with the light tomato sauce. The Cheesesteak did not exactly turn out to be our favourite, unfortunately. It tasted just as I expected...a like a delicious cheesesteak sandwich. I think I just wasn't entirely in the mood for a cheesesteak. Overall, the restaurant seems to be a great place for a casual dinner out, very affordable, and super friendly staff. If you're passing through Belleville I would definitely recommend stopping by here. read more

We ordered in the morning and Troy was so helpful and accommodating with helping to figure out such a large order for 50 of us. They delivered it on time to our hotel. Price was also good. My only suggestion would be to write on the outside of the pizza box the type of pizza it is for a such large order. If I could give negative stars I would. Food is way too greasy, pizza sauce comes from a can, pasta and pasta sauces are pre cooked and then frozen, same with the soups, kitchen is a disgusting disaster especially in the back where they cut and prepare the meat!
