This restaurant is a locals favorite. Medium sized establishment with nice decor. Small menu with mid range prices. Portions are good sized. The food we ordered was well prepared and tasty. The grilled chicken Greek salad had plenty of real Kalamata olives and lots of Greek oregano, which gives it the traditional Greek flavor. Went tonight for dinner after having had lunch there about a month ago. Waited at least an hour before having to ask when our order might be ready. The server did not come back to tell us what the holdup was. When the food finally arrived, the wings we had requested be prepared with the sauce on the side came out absolutely swimming in hot sauce and were inedible. When we mentioned they were not as ordered the response was a blank stare. Souvlaki, rice and potatoes were tasteless. One waitress was hollering from the bar to a table across the room with no regard for other patrons. While knowing full well it would by no means be fine dining, they should conduct themselves in a more mannerly fashion. If I could give it 0 stars I would. never again!!! read more

The fish is amazing! 10x better than any other restaurant in Trenton, but the pizza is lacking...the crust is very plain and dry, but the toppings are fresh and delicious. It's a very odd combo to have great toppings and very bland undercarriage/ crust. read more

Dimitri, like all great restauranteurs, is present every day, and that can be felt in the food and atmosphere. A small operation with a ton of heart, the staff are friendly and incredibly hardworking. The venue itself is nicely decorated and VERY clean for a "small town diner". To date I have only sampled the wings, but next pass will certainly be the pizza and pasta, as the kitchen services a take out pizzeria. An independent pizza place surviving in a town the size of Frankford is saying something. The patio is just opening today, due to weather, but overlooks the Tent river and the main street and is great for people watching and taking in the afternoon sun. The bar is roomy enough for the lone gunman drinker (8 seats) and there is seating for 68 at tables a 6 diner style booths. It's wonderful decor and atmosphere make it a real gem along the Trent, and well worthy of a drive from Trenton, or even Belleville. Well done Dimitri and his hard working staff! And FYI..... Small friendly place. Massive portions. Reasonable prices. The biggest calzones / pancerotti I have ever seen. We couldn't finish our meals. We had heard that the service was slow here, but we didn't experience this. This food was delivered to our table in the typical restaurant amount of time. Firstly, the waitress was a delight. So kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the cooks and management were off their game tonight and it was an excruciating disappointment. We waited +45 minutes for our main course, to have it finally come out cold in every aspect on the plate. My brother was paying and, out of guilt, I tried eating my steak to appease him. I didn't even get through halfway when I gave up, it was disgusting. Even though I expressed my disappointment, they made my brother pay for my entire plate. That is bad management and bad customer service. I hope somebody takes the time to explain to the cooks that you can't leave meals sitting under heat lamps while waiting for other meals to cook. They need to learn how to time all the courses of a dinner. I will admit, it was very busy, but we didn't see our server the entire time we waited for the main course and she didn't come around when we were eating to let her know that there were issues. I've watched Ramsay's Best Restaurant and he would be horrified by the front-of-house service that we received tonight. Too bad... I had heard so many good things, but I will not be back. read more

Stopped in for lunch with the fellas before golf. Staff was friendly, service was quick, menu was expansive. Food was tasty and large portions. The chicken wings were more like chicken tenders with a bone in them. Super good and filling. I would recommend this spot to anyone! read more

Had the haddock the portions were huge and the food was delicious, garlic bread with cheese was yummy and the fries were delicious. Though I did not try them one of the people I was with tried the medium spice wings and determined that they should have gotten a spicier wing type. We just had dinner there last night and as usual the Food was EXCELLENT, the portions were huge, prices are reasonable! I don't think we've ever been able to clean our plates there, there's so much food. The young lady who served us was UBER friendly, efficienct and she makes the most delicious Spicy Ceasar Cocktail I've ever had. ;) I would definitely recommend this charming Bistro to anyone who is looking for a good meal at a good price! read more

ordered food for pick-up and they said they wouldn't take debit, and asked that i use the ATM over in the corner. So basically they wanted me to pay the ATM company 4 bucks to get cash out so that i could pay them, when they have a debit machine that works perfectly fine that is apparently only available to dine-in customers. just greedy and gross. read more

I called ahead to order a pizza. I got there and it's cash only. :( They told me a 25 minute wait which turned into a 45minute wait with explanation or apologies. The staff where miserable and swearing at each other. I really didn't feel comfortable waiting for pizza. read more
