Solid place to grab a sandwich in Oswego. The bread they use for their subs isn't the best but didn't ruin the sandwich. Rest of ingredients were decent. Their is a little store attached and they have some good stuff. Good beer selection and some nice dry pastas you can buy here. Worth a shot if you are in the area. read more

I tried 2 sub variations over 2 days and both were good but imo not deserving of five star status. The bread was weak part, the texture and taste could be better, no browning or noticeable texture to the crust. Both days the sub was flattened just before rolling in paper! Why? Any airiness the bread crumb had was pretty well lost at that point. Also, toasting is not an option on the form you fill out. A light toasting before assembly probably would have earned the 5th star from me. Even Wegmans seems to know how to do better with the bread. The Boars Head brand meats are the stars of the show but both subs I had were a little light on the meat. Charge an extra buck and get the meat ratio right. Shouldn't have to extra meat it as an option. read more

My wife and I recently moved near here and we're looking for new places to try. Delicious! We got a BLT sub, French fries and a cookie. It was all fantastic, the sub had the right amounts of everything and the bacon was perfectly done. The fries were hot, seasoned beautifully and crispy. I was in town for an event and decided to try this place based on the reviews. My son and I shared a whole loaf Buffalo chicken sub. When you order a "whole loaf", they aren't kidding. It is a whole loaf of white bread split in half. It totally worked. The bread is soft and has a slight chew to it. The crust helps keep the moisture in. Excellent. They do have more typical sub rolls but I'm sold on the loaf. If I'm in town again, I am planning to go to this place again. BTW, there isn't much seating available here. They have a couple of tables that you can use while eating your food, but it seems that more often than not, people just pick up their food and carry it out. read more

First. Man this place gives you a huge sandwich with fresh made bread. Order a half loaf and you will get a half loaf sandwich. Only if you the likes of Mr. T. You can finish a full loaf. The half loaf sandwich is delicious and huge- best cold meat sub in town. My favorite is the turkey club with everything. Top quality meats and cheese and other ingredients. Burgers and sides are very good too. Prices are reasonable. Good service, local hometown feel. I had a craving for a good sub sandwich, and have tried several Oswego landmarks but was not impressed. This place made a great sub made to order. You fill in what you want and they make it fresh. AWFUL MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! The owner was extremely rude. I ordered a chicken parm sub and while waiting there for 25 minutes, the owner came up to me and said there was no more chicken left. This is a deli!!!!! He didn't even try to compensate and rudely shrugged off the matter. The person next to me online left without their order as well because it took 25 minutes to make meatballs.
