No hard sell from either of these professionals but they do make sure that the clients are aware of the preventative medications, etc. I've had several experiences with Dr. Fouts (from euthanizing a very sick cat to routine puppy care) and each time I feel she has taken care of both the animal and the human caretaker! She is a soft spoken, compassionate and caring person who explains things in simple terms. She has a very competent staff who are warm and friendly.

This trip has been a series of communications failures. I have been waiting for the results of a feline blood test for weeks now. I sort of received an answer that steroids may be indicated after several phone calls. Still do not have a course of action but the office Manager has asked me to find another VDM. I guess the blood test and medication were not time-sensitive. There has to be a better Veterinary Clinic in Plymouth. Would not recommend this Clinic.

The reception on the phone said they couldn't find time to see the 2 pound yorkie. Because their was no room on their schedule. Thursday July 23rd, 2026. This was an emergency , a 100% all out emergency. So my husband called plymouth veterinarian clinic and they said bring her here right now!!! Her temperature was all the way dropping and her blood Sugar was dropping fast. He was at their office within a half hour. He Got there and they took her in Immediately. But within a half hour she could have been dead. I just want everybody to know that Fulton county veterinary clinic REFUSED to treat an emergency little 2 lb dog that cost a lot of $$$$ akc registered and it really makes me ANGRY. There's no excuse for a place to refuse an emergency. Breaks my heart!!! We can't put trust or faith in a place that won't treat an emergency. I wonder if Dr Coston Knows how his employees treated us on the phone??? You can't repair broken trust. I wanna thank PVC for saving our dog's life. I brought my cat in a couple months ago and was told she has significant anxiety issues that I need…read moreto address. I followed all recommendations: an extra litter box, another cat tower, pheromone plug-ins and sprays. None of these improved her anxiety. I was told that she would need dental care within 6-12 months. Well, she's got really bad breath all of a sudden so I know she has bad teeth that need removed asap. She's been in pain from this--I've deducted--since all other treatments failed. She's not eating hardly and is shredding paper with her teeth. The Veterinarian did not listen when I told him she wasn't having anxiety problems to begin with. Now I have to take her in for another consultation and the corres expense before scheduling her to have the bad teeth removed and the good teeth cleaned, when they should have done that to begin with during my previous visit. So, I feel like I'm being fleeced for more money, dealing with a vet that doesn't listen, and spending more time and energy and money on things that haven't helped and were totally unnecessary. Now i need to find a new vet that meets my standards of care for my fur baby. What a waste!

I called and told them I needed to get her in ASAP. 2 other vets I called said they were booked out 2-3 weeks and did not offer to help me get her in sooner. Sommers got me in the next day. I meet Dr. Brook and she was so awesome. Really took her time and looked my girl over. She diagnosed my dog problem and gave her medication and advice for her treatment. They even called the next day to see how she was doing. Thank you Dr. Brook and your staff I'm great full to have such a great veterinarian.

Dr. DIxon and Amanda showed up at my front door right on time. Her Mobil unit is fully equipped to handle anything your pet needs. She did a full exam on both cats and did blood tests, urine tests, and had them back in my house in less time than it would take for me to drive to the closest vet! She was very prompt in calling me the next day with test results. All is well. I couldn't be any happier with this service. She is my new vet of choice!
