Absolutely gorgeous. We loved staying with Jimmy & Brian. Jimmy was so accommodating and sweet. His outgoing personality makes everyone feel welcome. We arrived to a clean (and gorgeous) room with an air conditioner-which was great because we arrived on a 90 degree day. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The location was perfect as it was a 5 minute walk to the downtown area 15 minute walk to the beach. And if you've been to Ogunquit, you know the beach is the best. The breakfast was great-muffins from a local bakery, hard boiled eggs, bagels, bread, cereal, and juices. Coffee was out all day. Sitting on the porch in the morning and evening was just delightful. They even have a hammock that we got to relax in for a while in the back yard. Everything about this place was spectacular. I'd recommend it to everyone and we will definitely be back! Thanks for a great stay, Jimmy and Brian!

Wine and cheese on front porch. What a great way to spend an afternoon.

Nice little place in town. Close walking distance to all local restaurants. Very accommodating for COVID-19.

We especially loved the large salt water hot tub and mid-day snacks (mixed nuts and large chocolate chip cookies - which were delicious). They also offer a mixed drink and wine at the self serve bar during the day. We stayed in the King 7 room and it was spacious. We loved the rain shower head. I also highly recommend the chocolate sampler box add on! We had the chocolate and champagne available at check in which was a nice touch. The hot tub was often quiet around 8pm and made for the perfect end of evening activity. They have an ample selection of towels and robes by the pool that are available to use. We also enjoyed a couples massage offered by the inn. Breakfast was very yummy! Each day there is a large selection of options you can pick and choose from. They had the breakfast offering for the day displayed and then you check off what you want with a marker on a short form. The inn is about a 10 minute walk from Footbridge beach, which was awesome. Overall I would recommend for any weekend getaway or celebration!

The staff is exceptional, Pete has this place running like a top! This time we stayed in Barn Suite 2 and I think this may now be my new favorite room. The shower is unbelievable and the room well appointed. And breakfast? The best! They make scones daily and each day is a different main breakfast. They also provide ice tea and either a sangria or other type drink along with house made cookies (best I've ever had) as well as Whoopie pies and mixed nuts and snack mix.

The owners, George and Cathy Wilson, are phenomenal, interesting, salt-of-the-earth people, and they are excellent inn keepers. Their home is as unique in style and decor as it is functional, lending itself to days spent poolside with a book surrounded by acres of wildflowers and trees. A full breakfast is served each morning and it is exceptional. Each room has its own unique amenity: one has a gazebo, two have private screened-in porches, one has a garden entrance, others have fireplaces, etc. There is one suite, three other rooms and also a full apartment. The central air conditioning is a gift from heaven on hot summer days and the pool is amazing - so much more than just the standard cement hole-in-the-ground filled with water. Personal touches abound and it seems that everywhere one looks there is a unique piece of artwork or furniture or sculpture or planting that compliments the whole without being gaudy in the least. Having frequented Ogunquit for ten years, I do not know why I never knew about Beauport before - perhaps because it's a 15 minute walk from the center of town and I just never stumbled upon it until this past weekend. Quick list of other things I love about Beauport: no kids, no pets, no loud delivery trucks rolling by at 4 AM as with the other inns downtown. Well worth the short walk from the center of town, I highly recommend the Beauport Inn.

The Beauport Inn ranks among our favorites because... ** Very comfortable bed, and tasteful furnishings ** Sparklingly clean ** Delicious breakfast ** Warm hospitality ** Excellent communication to help coordinate our late arrival ** Delightful surprises such as the 7 rescued cockatoos and macaw ** And the biggest surprise of all...wet sauna, dry sauna and hot tub! Linda and Ellen notice and attend to small details. That is the difference between getting 85% high ratings and 95% high ratings from guests. That extra 10% requires a lot more work, but it means you are pretty well assured you will have an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

My husband and l were fortunate to have the opportunity to spend  a few days there from June 19th to the 21st. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. There was a sitting room, bedroom and bathroom with a spacious shower. We really enjoyed our breakfast on the front porch - delicious blueberry muffins, coffee, fruit and yogurt. On our last morning we  were treated to two scrumptious chocolate chip cookies for our ride home. There's no need to worry about packing wine and snacks since the country store at the inn has wine, beer, soft drinks, cheese and crackers at very reasonable prices.  Bev and Scott are experienced and gracious hosts who made our stay so special! We loved the great location because we could just park the car while we were in town and walk wherever we need to go. Marginal Way was only a short distance, as was Perkins Cove. Barnacle Billy's (must eat there) was just around the corner. My only critique (and why I didn't give a 5) was that I was disappointed in the muffins we had heard so much about. Both of us remarked afterwards that they were kind of gooey and not up to what we'd expect to find in a quality establishment. Also, in today's food savvy environment, it might be nice to have a protein option, even if they were just boiled eggs. But, those are really just matters of personal preference. We can wholeheartedly recommend this B&B.

Then 5 months go by of phone tag with this new owner saying how sorry he is, it's busy season, he sees I'm owed the money and he is mailing a check. 2 weeks go by and no check so I call again and he apologizes and says he will look into it, then the day before Christmas I get a text saying I am not owed anything but they will send a gift card for $15, not the $240 I'm owed. I called back after the holidays and was told if I can show the gift cards "which they took" then I can get it back. For 6 months you led me on, led me to believe that I would get the money back, it was over $240 which is a lot. I trusted your word and was nice and patient for 6 months for you to pull that on me. You even told me the exact amount that I was owed at one point, over the phone unfortunately. It's not even that you are a small business struggling, you own multiple inns in Ogunquit. I used to love this place when it was owned by the old owners, they were just amazing but this new owner should be ashamed of himself. Mind you this, when I booked my vacation here it was still with the original owners and there was no talk of change in ownership, an email was sent out a month before my stay announcing it, long after it had booked. My gift cards should of been honored no matter what they were and I should of been given back my money.

There was a little sign just indicating to call if no one was around. He showed up quickly and got us settled in to our room. We chose the Lesa Lynn room which is off the main house around the back and is considered semi-private. It had a cute little porch with some chairs and the room was cozy and welcoming. Small little bathroom was perfect for the two of us and there was a small fridge and AC in the room already which is perfect. It was cooler during our stay so we just kept the ceiling fan going. There is also a larger fridge for guest use in the main house as well as coffee/tea available around the clock. The Inn is about a 5 minute walk from the center of town and despite being on Rt 1 (main road through town) wasn't overly loud or chaotic. They have a little porch on the front where we ate a DELICIOUS breakfast each day. Breakfast options included a starter (we had broiled grapefruit, fresh strawberries with homemade whip cream, and a delicious cherry bread pudding), there was an option of a sweet or savory entree (pancakes and french toast, quiche and scrambles with amazing homefries), a choice of bacon or sausage, and then juice or milk as alternatives to the coffee/tea option. All cooked by Duane and Claudine who are literally the sweetest humans and hosts. They also are interactive during the day and Duane often was found tending the gardens throughout the day. Overall I am thrilled by our stay and will certainly go back next time we head North for a weekend away. I can't speak highly enough about this bed & breakfast and the comfortability, service, and welcoming we received. Obviously we were there during the "in season" and so the rates were high but not outrageous in comparison to other locations and what you got.

The historical aspect of the Inn appealed to us (so many cool nooks, crannies, closets, wide planked floors, giant fireplaces, paintings, & more), Claudine, the Inn's manager, is welcoming, fun, funny, engaging, open, & chatty. Our room, the Duchess Ann Suite was a bit challenged by the 3 of us since we needed one bed more, so we were given permission to squeeze in an air bed that made it perfect. Although facing the VERY busy main road leading into & out of town, we did not hear any of the traffic, nor parades of people due to the A/C units. The front gardens are chock-filled with beautiful flowers, & sweet touches such as a bubbling fountain, moss covered structures, & stone pathways leading everywhere. Breakfast was also perfect, especially because we were able to sit outside on the front porch while sipping our coffee, enjoying our yogurt, breads, cereals, juice & more. We could not have asked for a better experience, a better location, a better welcoming & a better 3 sisters' annual get together.
