The V.A. doesn't provide dental care for veterans. They recommended that I call PRDC, "a non-profit clinic that provides affordable, high quality dental care." I was told that they serve everyone, from low-income families and retirees, to Vets. I find that their admin assistants, Cari and Cheri, to name two, are patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and like what they do. Regarding my actual treatments, I can only speak about Morgan and Dr Williams. But I can say that those two will treat you with a level of care and kindness that I'm sure they do their own family members. Smiling (behind their masks), positive and upbeat, they assessed my somewhat complicated issues, presented me with all of my options, and together we came up with a plan. I couldn't be more satisfied. I have to say, even the dental assistants, doctors and staff that I passed in the hallways were engaging and pleasant. Their default seems to be to have a calming effect and minimize the fear factor, for children (and adults!) It's obvious that they all believe deeply in their mission. If you haven't been able to afford the high cost of dental insurance and/or the extreme prices typically charged by most dental clinics, call them. The front desk staff are super kind and courteous, answering any and all questions I had. The office itself is spotless. The dentist is what makes this facility earn a 5/5 for me. Dr. Yousaf has the best bedside manner. Very conversational and concerned about your teeth. During the repair work he informed me of next steps along the way so I knew what to expect. My crown fits perfectly and have had no issues. I personally do not have fears of going to the dentist, but I know for many the dentist can cause a lot of anxiety. This facility will make you feel comfortable, they have tvs set up you can watch during your visit, and a wonderful staff. I have already recommended this dentist to friends and family and would highly recommend if you are looking for one as well. I will be back for future cleanings and any dental work I may need.

I was having pain in my jaw. Dr. Torrey looked at me and I ended up getting a filling done. I went home continued to experience pain called the office and then was referred to an endodontist. The office did not even see me or re-examine me. I ended up getting a root canal. After the root canal I still experienced pain. It was not until I moved and went to another dentist that spent good quality time with me that I was diagnosed with TMJ. I also have been informed that when dentist refer people to an endodontist they often get a "reward." Save yourself some time and money seek a dentist out who cares about their patients and is not in the business just to make money.

He's smart, caring, articulately explains every procedure, humble and demonstrates abundant concern for his patients' welfare. Once last year when I had an infection after a difficult procedure he juggled his personal schedule and came in on a Saturday to make sure everything was okay and provide any relief he could. My wife and I will keep going to him as long as we can -- even though we live an hour and 45 minutes away. Their hygienists, assistants and staff treat you like family. They are always very courteous and try to lift you up.

She had an opinion of what needed to occur but took it to a panel of oral surgeons to review. She got us in touch with an amazing oral surgeon that worked very closely with her.
