    The staff is always very friendly and always work well with my dogs. I have one who can be pretty stubborn too. I absolutely love that they have a mobile service that makes taking care of the dogs so much easier! I would highly recommend them.

    Today I used their mobile service for our 4 dogs! I'm very happy and will gladly be calling them again. The final touches the dogs showed up with is too cute. Never thought I'd see a bow on my huskies! Thank you ladies!

    Christmas cuteness!

    We could not have been happier with the grooming Mindy did. I am a CRAZY doggie Mommy and was nervous about a "new" groomer... no need to be! This was the first time our little Herman (five-months) was to be groomed. She did a fantastic job on him & I'm sure that wasn't easy. Lily came out absolutely beautiful! We were able to secure a mobile appointment on short notice. The pricing is more than reasonable, she was punctual and had a sweet assistant with her. Plus, the kids received Christmas toys and treats! The only bad thing? We are traveling on our boat and won't be able to have her all the time!! Thank you, M

    I been taking my dogs for over 10 year's. Yesterday I took my dog Killa in. I got a bad cut. I never had a bad experience with them. Nails wasn't cut down. He was not cut right. Spots was missed. Her face wasn't cut down at all. Left her face like she was a male dog. Very dissatisfied this time. On top I drive from Richmond to come there so.

This is the worst I have ever seen. She did not even wash her face, barely trimmed her nails, and decided to give a low cut without my permission. We clearly asked for a clean up and to leave her pony tail long. I paid for a full groom only to receive subpar service. Called to speak with the old owner David and was advised all he can do is apologize and bring her back tomorrow to see what could be done. As a business owner myself this is unacceptable. Body clean but face dirty and stinks. If you are going here I would suggest you watch who is cutting your furbaby or ask for credentials because clearly this person has no skilled training and I am stuck with paying for full groom only to receive 1/2 the service. Over 10 years a customer and this is what I get. If this is the changes happening with a new owner in place BEWARE because I am pretty sure she will not allow her daughter to take the hit she deserves for this.!!!

We have been to Bubbles and Bark twice now. The first time was amazing. Everyone listened to my concerns both concerning the haircut and how to treat our dog. When I picked up on puppy, she was as chill as a cucumber. She was very excited to see me, but it was the happiest I had seen her without one of her peoples.

    I was a loyal customer of Bubbles & Bark from 2022 until now. I referred people here, promoted this…read morebusiness on social media, and truly believed in the quality of their work. Sadly, that is no longer the case. During a previous visit, I witnessed my dog's groomer having a loud argument on the phone and calling someone racist, which I found extremely unprofessional. Around that same time, my dog--who has been groomed her entire life without issue--began foaming at the mouth and acting terrified. I hoped it was just stress. At her next appointment, the exact same thing happened. Trusting my instincts, I called about 20 minutes after dropping her off and said I was coming to get her. I made it clear I understood I would still pay. When I arrived, they refused to return my dog. Instead, I was spoken over, yelled at, and treated with complete disrespect. They kept my dog for approximately 30 minutes while arguing with me. I had a witness with me, and it reached the point where my witness said they were going to call the police because they would not return my dog. Only then did they finally bring her out. To make matters worse, my dog's tail had been nicked. Instead of addressing my concerns, they claimed she had fleas. She is on veterinarian-prescribed oral flea prevention, and I have receipts to prove it. I also own a Cane Corso, a Golden Retriever, and two Persian cats, all on flea prevention, and none of them have fleas. When I asked to speak with the owner, I was initially told she wasn't available. Once they realized I had communicated with her before and had publicly supported the business, they finally put her on the phone. Unfortunately, I felt my concerns were dismissed before they were even heard, and no one took responsibility for how I was treated. This review isn't about one mistake. It's about professionalism, accountability, and how a loyal customer was treated when expressing concern for her pet. I never asked for anything for free--I simply wanted my dog back. The business I once proudly recommended is no longer the business I experienced. I sincerely hope the owner takes this as an opportunity to evaluate how customers are treated, because trust is everything when people leave their pets in someone else's care. Based on my experience, I can no longer recommend Bubbles & Bark.
