This is the worst I have ever seen. She did not even wash her face, barely trimmed her nails, and decided to give a low cut without my permission. Called to speak with the old owner David and was advised all he can do is apologize and bring her back tomorrow to see what could be done. As a business owner myself this is unacceptable. Body clean but face dirty and stinks. If you are going here I would suggest you watch who is cutting your furbaby or ask for credentials because clearly this person has no skilled training and I am stuck with paying for full groom only to receive 1/2 the service. Over 10 years a customer and this is what I get. Pro tip, Femmes and Fidos has two store fronts just a couple doors from each other, one is the grooming salon and the other is the day care so make sure you go to the right one! Also it can be hard to get an appointment because they're popular in the area so make sure to call them at least a week before to get an appointment.
