I have a cover for a bike seat that has a medium duty zipper on it and the zipper had failed. I asked them if they could replace it with a heavy duty zipper and they said yes. She wouldn't tell me. I asked again, no answer. I said I really need to know the price . Then she had me go behind counter to look at computer for charges she screwed up on. I laughed and said at this point, I couldn't help her because I don't work here, I haven't gotten the training to work the computer. So I left my dress. Fast forward I picked up dress, was charged $70+ and there were pants that weren't mine in the plastic bag. So I thought maybe its too much because of the pants that aren't mine.... NO the owner was very rude and dismissive. Wouldn't acknowledge their mistake. Completely justified their charge for my alteration. Then gave me $7.00 cash and said the only reason he's giving it to me was because he had another customer waiting. He asked me if I was so concerned about price why didn't I asked and I said I did! Twice but seamrtress wouldn't tell me. I walked away and said I would have never agreed to $70 alteration . So end result.. never going back!
