Not only was the pizza way above the cookie-cutter varieties of other establishments, but the owner seemed to really care about our satisfaction. On days when there were hiccups with the order, Bow Tie would always take ownership of the issue and either comp some of the items or give us a gift card. I can't remember the last time I encountered any business that is so customer-friendly. The pizza are exceptional and now my extended family orders from them too.
