Today's issue happened to be that I got a call 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there saying that they needed me to come 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment, when I said, I would split the difference and be 15 minutes late because I already had the dog in the car and was on my way. I was put on hold and then told that would be OK. Upon my arrival I was put in a room that had so much hair from the previous dog that the tub would not drain and I walked out covered in hair that was blowing around when trying to dry my dog (that was after having to move the dryer as they did not have the 2 that are normally there). Meanwhile, they were having one of their employees groom another dog in the room next-door instead of having the self wash stations open for self washes for their customers. Then to top it off the price to wash my own dog (with someone else's dog hair) is now $30 for a 20 minute time-slot, a teaspoon of shampoo and some of their water. I've been frustrated that it was difficult to call to schedule an appointment. Their website was/is cumbersome and not conducive to actually scheduling a time but gives an "afternoon/morning/evening" option. Then they would reach out to you with what times were available and you'd go back-and-forth trying to iron out a time instead of just being able to call. Very disappointed at the direction this new ownership has taken this establishment. This will probably be our last visit here...

He started coughing and we scheduled a wellness check but turned out to be a sick visit and they ran tests and considered all possibilities and proposed all possible diagnosis. We then got referred to an emergency Pet Hospital where our cat stayed overnight to get more testing and drugs and left with medication. We were crying! A week in, his condition improved. But along the way, we were both novices in administering the oral liquid syringe medication and asked them if NVA could help us and they agreed! It's great to know that they are accommodating. Then an emergency came up and we aren't nearby and my dad has to bring our cat to NVA just to administer the medication. My dad doesn't know how to administer the medication. NVA agreed to help on short notice and show my dad how to do it. Honestly, without NVA, we would be lost and confused on how to take care of our cat. They are thorough and caring for pets and it shows. Even when things were looking grim for us, it was great to know that NVA had our back.

The hair grew out between his paw pads, means he wasn't running much. The first day at home he had lots of energy. I was expecting him to be exhausted. Since, when i got there, there were only crated dogs, i have no idea about their daily schedule. My dog wasn't as Happy as usaly when he got home previously from other dog boarders. From numerous encounters with numerous customers-…read more I really dislike writing negative reviews....but, this company is making copycat type products that are far inferior (and causing injuries). The Grandpa's style feeder is cheaper and has holes in the "step on" plate that birds get their toes stuck in. The port hole feeder traps birds and killed one of my juvenile (not a chick..she was 16 weeks old) hens. She could not get her head and neck out of the porthole. The poultry netting and attachable gate is totally unusable. It sags and the poles are too flimsy to keep the netting off the ground (grounding out the fence and rendering it unusable). I tried to work with customer service at RentACoop ....sending them photos and solutions. They refused to send me more poles to try and get the fence to possibly work. Tyler at RentACoop said that of the 3500 fences they have sold....no one has ever asked for more poles.....and they wouldn't be sending me any, either. They told me to watch their videos and install it better. I watched the videos numerous times (before I even purchased the fence and gate.) installed, un-installed and re-installed it numerous times to try and make it work better. It needs stronger poles and MORE of them. So, thank you for listening. I should have read more reviews before buying these products. I wanted to support RentACoop and their small family business and I got burned instead. With that being said....I've had great success with Premier 1's products AND customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON RENTACOOP. Customer #2 They hide their pricing in shipping . The products seem very much like knock offs as well. I find them unethical in this close knit community.
