The new veterinarian appears uncomfortable around dogs and does not seem to handle them with confidence or compassion. What once felt like a trustworthy and caring practice now feels more focused on profit than pets. If your dog is healthy and easygoing, you might still receive decent treatment. However, if your dog has any health or behavioral challenges, be prepared for a lack of empathy and support. The new management does not uphold the same standard of care. *Update* I used to think I was receiving good care at this vet, but after recently switching to a new veterinary clinic, I realized the service here was actually quite basic. The level of support, communication, and genuine care I'm now receiving makes it clear how much was lacking at this practice. What's even more disappointing is that the new vet provides significantly better care--and at a much more affordable price.
