Horribly incompetent, rude, they don't answer phones, don't call you back, and if you use the text option to contact them.. They ghost you in the middle of a conversation and never return to answer. More importantly.. They lied repeatedly about not receiving the numerous referrals my primary doctor sent over a 5 month period. My doctor tried every way they suggested. In the end.. They said they couldn't take me back now (was trying to get back in after a year or so away due to increasing pain levels) because I had an msa. Funny thing is i was previously told that would be fine. It's self administered. It would've been easier to bill me than the insurance companies. Due to an administrative wait and because they didn't know how to handle things.. I suffered in pain for 5 months. I ended up going elsewhere. Thank God! Today I'm filing claims with their ombudsman /practice manager, the bbb, CA state medical board, dhmc, and Medicare. Horrible place. Malpractice specialists. Run away. Run far far away

The office is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. As he is a pain management Dr you will occasionally see a person disgruntled for various reasons (usually because they are seeking drugs or have found some small reason to be irate... most patients are in pain so I'm not trying to judge) and I'd imagine that the negative reviews here are a direct result of either of those conditions. I have been pissy for a few reasons before but when I calm down I realize that I was the jerk.
