We don't always agree but I will always respect him and I hope I have earned a bit of his respect. I am usually done with the appointment within 1 hour. The office is very clean, comfortable and relaxing. As he is a pain management Dr you will occasionally see a person disgruntled for various reasons (usually because they are seeking drugs or have found some small reason to be irate... most patients are in pain so I'm not trying to judge) and I'd imagine that the negative reviews here are a direct result of either of those conditions. I have been pissy for a few reasons before but when I calm down I realize that I was the jerk.

I would never recommend anyone to come here. For 2 years I've suffered from a botched Radiofrequency Ablation treatment that caused nerve damage to my entire right leg. Nerve damage like this was worse than any pinched nerves I've ever had and its still not normal. Not enough staff to handle the paperwork here. When I've had a problem with a prescription, it's never been resolved till my next appointment or I had to go to ER.

Horribly incompetent, rude, they don't answer phones, don't call you back, and if you use the text option to contact them.. They ghost you in the middle of a conversation and never return to answer. More importantly.. They lied repeatedly about not receiving the numerous referrals my primary doctor sent over a 5 month period. My doctor tried every way they suggested. In the end.. They said they couldn't take me back now (was trying to get back in after a year or so away due to increasing pain levels) because I had an msa. Funny thing is i was previously told that would be fine. It's self administered. It would've been easier to bill me than the insurance companies. Due to an administrative wait and because they didn't know how to handle things.. I suffered in pain for 5 months. I ended up going elsewhere. Thank God! Today I'm filing claims with their ombudsman /practice manager, the bbb, CA state medical board, dhmc, and Medicare. Horrible place. Malpractice specialists. Run away. Run far far away

Each member of his staff goes that extra mile to make sure everything is in place and organized before, during, and after my surgical procedure. Dr. Loidolt skill and compassion are immeasurable. I was referred to physical therapy through Spine & Nerve Diagnostic Center and saw the in-office…read morephysical therapist. My first PT visit was fine... light pressure and stretching, no real improvement but no worsening either. At my second visit, the office was not open at my scheduled appointment time. There was no check-in process or intake paperwork, and another patient was turned away due to scheduling conflicts. This session was much more intense than the first, and I left feeling sore. Over the following days, that soreness turned into acute pain that I had not experienced since before treatment. When I contacted the office for guidance, I was told to schedule a follow-up with my doctor. At that visit, I requested copies of my PT treatment notes. Initially, I was told they could only be released to my attorney. Then I was told the PT was affiliated with another office and that I'd need to contact them -- but that office had no record of me since I'd never been seen there. A front desk staff member was dismissive and unprofessional during this process, even discussing my request with others in a way that I could overhear. After multiple attempts and delays, I finally received my records, but the process was unnecessarily difficult and raised concerns about accuracy of said records. Based on my experience with both the therapy and the administrative handling of my case, I will be seeking care elsewhere.

Unfortunately I was in an car accident in March of 2017 when my car was struck. After nearly an…read moreyear of frustration and horrific pain I was referred to Dr. Brindle. I am forever grateful for the recommendation I received from Dr. Stephen Hankins for Dr. Brindle. Parking can be difficult but thankfully they offer complimentary valet service. Dr. Brindle and his staff including his nurse practitioner Victoria Flower are wonderful. Dr. Brindle recommended that I have an laminectomy and microdisectomy due to the injury I sustained in which my L4-L5 disc was badly protruding and pressing on my nerve root. I was nervous because it required hospitalization. Dr. Brindle put me at ease. I was hospitalized one extra day for pain management and to ensure I could properly conquer the staircase at home. Appointments are easily made via phone. If you require surgery Dr. Brindle and his staff do an great job ensuring you have the proper follow up afterwards. The surgery I had was what has been the career killer for Tiger Woods and has plagued him. I went into things with the mindset this was an one shot deal because everyone I've encountered that's had multiple spine surgeries is miserable. I'm happy to say I'm doing great. I resumed walking right away and an week and an half post op I walked fifteen miles. I couldn't be happier and more thankful. I'm forever indebted to Dr. Brindle. I'm pain free and with the exception of some range of motion issues that may not improve I'm physically better than I have been in some time.

However when I arrived at the appointment it was in fact going to be performed by an osteopathic doctor NOT a neurologist. When I tried to explain this to Dr Rashid he rudely told me I had wasted his time. I specifically tried to avoid this issue by doing my due diligence when I booked the appointment. If you're looking for a doctor with great "bedside manner" look elsewhere you won't find it here! I would be more than willing to undergo this test with a neurologist as I was told.
