For the office being labeled as cosmetic, they do not push at all for whitening or straightening, or anything you didn't book for. They did my cleaning and asked if I had questions about additional services, gave me a goodie bag and booked me for a cavity fill that I paid my copay for, and after that appt they booked me 6 months out.
