For this particular event, the ticket system was kinda odd (to us); your ticket is reserved for a range of rows, versus an actual seat. Of course, folks were using hand bags and jackets to reserve seats, some of which were never occupied. Annoying, but not unexpected. The seating, lighting and sound was decent, definitely not state-of-the-art, but good enough for me to return.
