She was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly takes a lot of pride in making sure guests have a great time. You can tell she runs a tight ship -- everything felt organized, clean, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. What really stood out was how attentive she was. She checked in with guests, helped staff when things got busy, and made sure everyone was taken care of. It's rare these days to see a manager so engaged and genuinely focused on customer experience. I feel like this place is not a good place to go to did not represent itself tonight very well. They advertise for $29.99 as many games as she would like to bowl. Tonight a party of four each person was charged $35.97 that was for two premium games a third game as a special and a pair of parental shoes when ask why they were charged so much they were told that was their pricing $11 and some change per game They were not offered their special which which they advertise. That is dishonest and they felt they were ripped off so four people got charged $35.97 to play three games. If this was your kids would you be OK with it?. will not be returning. I fill out that's dishonest and bad business. And it's definitely not a place I would think would be safe for my kids to go . read more

Had a great time at lucky strike. Honestly this was bowlero not that long ago lol ain't nothing changed IMO. Maybe just the staff and management... drank some dranks and watched my son play. He was having fun. They have some okay music playing and the lighting is great. Such a vibe. I didn't get to explore the menu so idk if that's changed or not. But ik they have the bowl fish drink that's for everyone and I don't ever get that cus they don't put much liquor to be real. More sweet then liquor but other then that the bowling experience is great. Fun fun fun! read more

I know I been here before but there's always new ownership. I would say it was pretty fun but ofc with a little drinking it's a vibe. I enjoyed my time here but if I were able to order off the food menu it would have topped off the night with some fresh fried appetizers so eat before you get there or plan for some eats after. We all had fun bowling and staff was pretty easy going. read more

So we when to the grand open for this place.Had a smooth transition to going in the place .They said they would text you for your free bowling but we decided to hanging out in the bar which we had a good time till the bill came and found out they were charge us for double shot for my margaritas we thought it was very expensive and I didn't have that many shot in the drink since I walk out with out stumbling? I did have other customers telling me they were charged for other people's drink, which is very strange if they want this business keep going. They need to figure out each order. read more

My family and I went to Lucky strike after getting dinner and dessert. My kid had to finish his cupcake from dessert and so I told him to finish the cupcake outside. I had noticed the sign that said no outside food was allowed inside the bowling alley so when I went inside to check in, I asked the manager if we could bring our sealed leftovers from dinner inside the bowling alley so they wouldn't spoil In the hot car ( I specified that we would not eat them inside). she then made a rude comment in a rude tone about my kid eating a cupcake inside by the front desk area something along the lines of " I'm gonna have to say no considering he's eating a cupcake inside and there's a sign on the door that says no outside food". I obviously didn't realize my kid had followed me inside with his cupcake and I obviously saw the sign which is why I was asking her if I could bring the leftover food inside in the first place. I made him go outside and finish it and explained to her that, that was an accident and again we will not eat the leftover food inside. She told us no and we left it at that. I have no problem with being told no I just don't appreciate the attitude over something so minor. And it's odd that someone who is such a "rule follower" is in the kitchen with her hair down where they make food (we were able to see this because the kitchen has a window where you pickup the food) . It's also worth mentioning the bowling alley is small and has an open layout. It would be very easy for someone to see us eating our food inside so obviously we're not going to eat it inside. It's not like the movie theater. She was an older woman with hair that was short but long enough to be pulled back. When we started bowling the lane completely broke down and we had to switch lanes. The new lane continued to jam up the entire time we were there and we had to wait for an employee to fix it each time. This happened like 5 times. Other than that the other employees were very nice and helpful. read more

Absolutely terrible experience all around!!! First off it was EXPENSIVE. $40 to bowl a couple of games. Then the food tasted like cafeteria food but the pricing was for steakhouse food. Pizza was greasy and floppy while being $28. Then the lanes would break over and over. I spent more time waiting than bowling. Then when you talk to someone about issues you are met with attitude. Expensive to play, inattentive front desk, balls constantly stuck. Finally got someone to come fix the lane. Young man told our party of 4 people it was our fault. We had thrown ONE ball. He managed to remove 10 balls. Took forever to clear all the balls out. We only had an hour to play which cut into our bowling time. Can't bring in your own water bottle. You have to purchase water & pay tip to attendant. Not worth the $$! read more

Recently Went to lucky strike, we stayed for an hour to play a game order some wings and have a couple drinks. We were told to leave a debit card on file for "shoe rental" when we were done we paid cash $68. The next morning My husbands card was charged $70. When we came back to dispute these incorrect charges Stephanie Freeman the Manager, treated us awful, she insulted me and told me to "go get another drink" and that I was not welcomed back. We still didn't get our refund for the double charge and they gave us a written receipt that says we got charged for multiple drinks we didn't order. This establishment was great back when it was Bowlero. They scammed us we will never be coming back read more
