Such a cool night with my baby boy. I hadn't been bowling in over 5 years and my son goes weekly so we decided to have a Friday night outing. All I can say is he can bowl and I'm kind of old. He beat me bad but I got even in the Arcade. Emily was our lane waitress and she was amazing. Checking on us and making sure everything was good. I hadn't so much fun, I don't even care that I'm gonna be super sore tomorrow. Side note after eight o'clock it's unlimited bowling on Friday night. Bowlers Moreno Valley is our favorite place to bowl in Riverside. It is bright, clean and inviting. Well designed to allow places to sit behind the bowling alleys without feeling on top of each other. Floors are laminate and easy to clean, giving the place a modern feel; no dark carpeting and funny smells. The two lanes we've bowled in worked perfectly. The electronic systems were efficient. The lanes felt like they were not too slick so the ball did what we expected it to. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Pricing is higher than Arlington Lanes ($7.99 per game on weekends, third game 1/2 off) but we are willing to pay a few more dollars for the experience and to have lanes that perform as expected. Arlington was so slick, or something, that our balls seemed very odd and we had to adjust a lot. We like paying per game as we don't feel rushed. It seems like many bowling alleys charge per hour for a lane; good for them but not as flexible for bowlers Tip: if you plan to bowl with any frequency, get your own shoes off Amazon. For $40-60, you will have a pair that fit well and no worries about what's in the shoe. Rentals here are $6.99 per visit. The balls we used from the alley were done, but also dinged up (normal wear and tear). We appreciated they are balls were stored on racks grouped by size. Wish I could leave a negative review. Our first time bowling. I asked for the rules and the prices. She explained I get 2 rolls and 3 games and shoe rentals. Before leaving we were stopped and asked to pay. They didn't clearly state that we are getting charged per game. I talked to the manager and told them that thier employee explained the price and how I was being charged differently. I would not bring my family back. My son had a team party banquet here. Long story we were ripped off. The lady made it seem like she was giving us a discount but that was not the case. I will be filing a dispute with my bank after speaking to the coach of the team we were there with. Spent $247.00 for 3 kids we ordered a platter we clearly pointed at the $30 platter and we asked if another one was the same they said yes and we somehow ended up with a big $66 party platter. They do not give a receipt with a break down of what they charge they just give a receipt for what the total charge is. WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THE LOCATION!!! read more

Kind staff, doing their best with the amount of people coming in on a Saturday. Unfortunately the location is just not up to par for what a bowlero usually looks like. Chairs and tables instead of booths make it very impersonal to bowl. We had to walk through 2 tables to get to our lane every time. Bowlero is very expensive so my expectations are a little higher for a higher end bowling alley. read more

R U D E ! ! ! do not come here. I have a family member that bowls league here and the staff is insanely unprofessional. I'm not expecting to be treated like the queen of England but some minor respect without eye rolls would be nice considering the games are super overpriced and atmosphere mediocre. I came to hang out while they bowled league and there was a sticky residue on the floor in front of lane 13 and when we asked for it to be cleaned (for safety and cleanliness reasons) we were met with an eye roll and a basic "yea" when we asked the girl at the front desk to clean it. I would give zero stars if I could but Yelp won't let me. The food is overpriced as well as the alcohol. After my husband competed this league his team will not be returning. I rarely go bowling but I was at Bowlero twice in the last quarter for different events. I was happy to see some changes from the old Brunswick but I'm wondering if it was possibly due to new COVID-19 guidelines. Bowlero is located on Sunnymead Blvd just south of the 60 freeway between Perris Blvd and Heacock Street in Moreno Valley. Upon entry, you can rent shoes and purchase games to the right. The prices are fairly inexpensive and you can reserve lanes online. This will help save you time especially when bowling with a large group. Further down, there is a small arcade and games you can play by purchasing tokens. To the left of the entry, there's a snack bar and restrooms. You can purchase pitchers of alcoholic beverages here. The last visit, our group bowled just before dinner. We had plans to eat after bowling but the kids were having so much fun that we ended up buying some snacks pre-dinner. Some of the items we ordered were: * Loaded Nachos - This comes with cheese, sour cream, jalapeños and chili. (2/5) * Loaded Fries - Same as above. (2/5) * Garlic Parm Fries - Wowzers! I haven't had good garlic parmesan fries since I had them from the Gaglione Bros concession stand at Petco Park. Super garlicky, buttery and just sinfully delicious! We ordered more after! (5/5) * Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies - We ordered half a dozen of these and the kids and adults loved them. They were warm upon arrival to our table! Yum! (4/5) * Regular Fries - Decent. (3/5) * Giant Pretzel - I liked the taste after scraping off the salt and dipping it in the cheese sauce (3/5). I took my special needs 10 year old son for a hopefully fun day of bowing. I was nervous because he gets overwhelmed easily. Eva Flores from Bowlero made it such an amazing experience for my family! She really catered to our needs and made us feel so taken care of! She insured we had a lane at the end so we would have more space and less overwhelm. This is my first updated from a previous review so I'm unsure if my original review will still be visible. I hope so... Anyway my biggest problem I had with this center was the lack of maintenance on the lanes and pin racks. After all it's a bowling alley. This last year they have been doing regular maintenance and calibrations to deliver more consistent racking of the pins in the correct formation. They also this year have got the lane conditioning machine to run consistent and putting down an acceptable oil pattern that seems to be fairly reliable. Not perfect but show me any center that can get it perfect. They really have done a lot this year to improve the center for competitive bowlers to make it a place I enjoy spending my money and getting some good quality practice in. read more

They did a remodel during the pandemic shut down. The tables and seats we all remembered are no longer there. Now they have regular tables and chairs you can move around. Before the pandemic hit we were given free game cards from the manager because our lane stopped working for 1 hr and to compensate for what we payed she gave us those. Well fast forward to post shutdown they refused to honor our free games. Overall it was still a Fun time because of who we were with, but I miss the old Brunswick. read more

i would rate this place 3/5 seems like promotions were sent out and Bowlero didn't honor. I'm assuming they didn't expect that many ppl to show up either way businesses need to be prepared when advertising promotions. Seems like an inexperienced person is either managing this location by allowing advertisers and marketing send out promos and having to turn away customers due to their unpreparedness. very unprofessional! lines everywhere, i suggest getting at least a 2nd person for bar there was 1 person at the bar and the place was packed. again, shows lack of management . get involved with your staff, show up in busy days, there was a lady who says she was manager i feel for her she handheld it well but lots if upset customers. she did her best but her best wasn't good enough, unfortunately. there was a guy who took a group of young men before all of us standing in line, he is inconsiderate and idiotic!! moreno valley business seem to have one thing in common, customer service is not what it should be, is it the city or hiring staff?! read more

Booze and pool tables are not cheap and most of the tables are not in very good condition (need new cushions and felt and maybe leveling) but people are nice, crowd is lively, ambiance is fresh and, for a bowling alley, not bad. In all there are 5 tables, one bar box by the bar and 4 larger tables in another room. I did not expect much so maybe that resulted in a 4 star review but it did exceed my expectations. That said, it's probably more like a 3.5 star, rounded to 4. Although relatively expensive, selection of beer and alcohol is good. Not that bad for Moreno Valley. read more

Have been taking my grandkids their to bowl, they are extremely understaffed so you always have a wait. Several times have had lane jammed, balls not returned. With all the problems & understaffed they have a employee that is AMAZING, her name is Ashley. She checks people in as quick as she can , she is extremely nice & efficient. I see her constantly attending to customers needs. Ashley would make a excellent manager for this place & maybe cause alot of its problems to not exist. So I am incredibly annoyed that they have a mandatory 18% service fee if you order food or drinks. I didn't have anyone servicing me that came to my table to take my order, or to offer refills or anything. I had to walk up the the snack bar. I had to go over there and ask for refills. And once the food came after 45 minutes... someone did bring the food. But didn't give us plates or forks... I mean I guess since she already got her $6 what does she care. I'm just disappointed and probably won't come back for this reason. There was also trash on the floor....If everyone's paying 18% wouldn't you expect good service and a clean facility?
