The two girlies were great at making balloon animals, hats, and swords for the kids, they were at my side ready to help with whatever I needed, Rosendo was very accommodating for the needs of our party. Everyone was quick to take dirty plates and keep the room and tables clean, they brought out pitchers of popular drink choices to reduce our need to go back and forth to the buffet area just for drink refills. The food was great, though I'd like to give special attention to the chicken nuggets, they were so crispy and delicious great variety of arcade games, rides, and prizes to choose from at actually obtainable ticket redemption costs. I come here every once in a while with the family. The buffet is amazing and there is a variety of foods, considering how many families fly through there on the weekend. Whoever is in charge of operations does a phenomenal job. It takes a lot of teamwork to keep a place like this running optimally. The rides are fun, the kids love it. The bowling section is really cool too. Everyone is friendly, and happy to assist. The bathrooms are clean (having kids, this is a big deal to me). But what made me want to write this review, was an interaction with an elderly Hispanic man that works there cleaning tables. His energy and kindness as a worker is exactly the sort of spirit I would hope to interact with when I have my family with me. I wish I knew his name, but he moved too fast to read his tag. It's a great place to visit. It's similar to a Chuck E Cheese but in a much larger scale. At the entrance, you go straight into the line to purchase your buffet entrance. Right to Left: to the far right, seating/dining area. Buffet area. Behind the buffet area, restrooms, and then far left, is the gaming area. They have a buffet: 1) Prices: as of March 21, 2026: Adults (18-59) $18.99 / Seniors (60+): $17.99 Kids: (7-12) $14.49 / (3-6) $10.49 / (Age 2 & under): Free 2) no more fried chicken, but they do have chicken nuggets, which were tasty. Also have many different Pizzas: about 20 different toppings, salads, chicken nuggets, 2 types of soups, and desserts (cookies, brownies, churro donuts, ice cream. As for drinks, a variety of Coke products/sodas including 3 different flavored ICEE, coffee, and teas. They also sell beer and wine for extra charge. Now for the games, they are extra. You get a card (like a gift card) and add funds to it. It also keeps track of the tickets you have been winning by playing the games. A CASINO 4 KIDS! I mean that in the best way possible! John's Incredible Pizza is a kid's daydream with pizza, bumper cars, drop rides, and loads of arcade games! I visited with my students during a Summer field trip and they had an absolute blast! I appreciated how calm and supportive the staff were at this location. I came with both general and special education students, I can proudly say they all felt right at home. Thank you John's for your inclusive and fun atmosphere. I have to give a massive shoutout to the staff for keeping the restrooms clean during our visit. We had well over 100 students & staff and the restrooms were in decent shape. I was super impressed with the all-you-can-eat buffet, I felt like I was in Vegas with the sizable pizza offerings from supreme to sausage/pepperoni and specialty items like chicken alfredo and hawaiian. I'm also a fan of their crust options, they had both thin and rising crust. I tried both and they were equally delicious. John's has a great amount of drink options like coffee, icee, name-brand soda, and tea. I never felt thirsty! The desserts were a bit dry and old, I only liked the soft-serve. My kiddos loved their fun cards which are used to swipe at each arcade game or activity instead of inserting tokens. It's an easy to use system and we hardly had any glitches. When it was time to cash out and see how many e-tickets we accumulated, all we had to do is swipe our card at the entrance of the prize counter line. After doing so, it would tell us our amount of tickets acquired. I'm an adult and I already want to come back! I loved the theme rooms. I want to try the "hall of fame"(sports room) room and adult room, I guess they serve alcohol here too? I must say I was pleasantly surprised. This is much better than.Chuckie Cheese. The buffet was well stocked with many differet selections. The place was really clean for having so many kids around. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. The staff was on top of cleaning so the tables never stayed dirty longer than a couple minutes. They wanted to be sure the patrons were done with there meals. The different theme rooms were great. The camping room, Fusion room, cartoon or kids room. Each room had a theme and the decor was awesome. Again, each area was clean. The games were fun (some did not work well) to be expected with kids banging on them all day. But overall a great experience. I highly recommend this location for kids parties or just to take them for the fun of it with the whole family. We will definitely be back. read more

We had an 8th birthday on 4/26 for my daughter here. We chose this location over Montclair as there always seems to be games that take your points and no one around to help so getting credit back just takes forever. We didn't have that issue at Riverside so im so happy. We had a large group over 55 come and everyone enjoyed their time. I like how they charge a room minimum so I got some money back for people that didn't show up. The managers were great checking us in and super friendly and smiling. In the room we had Amy, Alexandra and Dalilah and Sam helped. It was nice they went to each kid asking if they wanted a balloon animal so no one was left out. And they kept the party on track. It is hard with a big group so the time came and gone but we stayed and played after the party at the tables and it was perfect! Really a great place once the kids are a little older like 7 and up id say. Older kids enjoyed it also and the adults got there grub on with the buffet. Win win. Had so much fun this past Sunday for my sons 3rd birthday. What started off as a really stressful day turned into a memorable fun night. I had originally booked my party in Montclair and they called me 30 minutes before my party started and informed me that they had a power outage. The manager at Montclair thankfully moved the party to riverside, & when I got there we were accommodated and taken care of! I didn't get the managers name but she was so kind and absolutely amazing for helping us out with the unusual and stressful circumstance. She eased my anxiety and made the process seamless, with her quick problem solving skills, and patience, & I thank her for going above and beyond to make sure my vision came to life and my sons party turned out exactly the way I wanted. I appreciated this as I spent lots of money on my own decorations, and planning this for weeks. It was a major inconvenience for the party to be moved as we had to drive an hour away and our time slot had to be moved up, but nonetheless we still made it happen and that's all I cared about. Our party host was so sweet! Melissa was amazing and made the kids ballon animals kept the party running on time, and played fun games w the kids. Her shift ended so then we also had Jocelyn for our party host she was great as well. Overall staff was friendly and had amazing customer service skills! I'm beyond happy with the service from every staff member I encountered honestly. They helped me set up everything, cleaned up afterwards and brought pizza and drinks to the room for the littles and everything else we needed like plates, forks, a lighter for the cake, serving utensils. We came here again for my son's birthday. We all really enjoy it here. The food is great. The service is fantastic. The specialty spicy peanut butter pizza (I know it sounds so wrong and weird, but it is amazingly unique and good) was empty and I asked an attendant if she could make some and she told me yes and made it right then. Our attendant in the themed dining area we were seated at was the true epitome of what fantastic customer service looks like in action. His name is Hippie (Hippolito - sorry if I got the spelling wrong) and he cleaned our tables often. I asked him if he could turn down the blasting tv volume and did it no problem. He is always accommodating, flexible, and friendly with a great attitude. Was just here and had the buffet. Saw an employee clear a table and then as she was walking to the drop off area, a utensil fell on the ground. Instead of coming back for the utensil, she kicked this utensil with her dirty ass shoe more than 5 times until she reached the drop off room. So disgusting, so unsanitary. I found a manager and notified him, he just scoffed and said "that's just silly" and walked away. Didn't even ask who the employee was or anything. We had my son's 3rd birthday here with family and it was a good experience! Nubia was our host and she was super kind, detailed, on top of things and friendly with the kids. This place is great to let your littles run around- not unsupervised, mine were 3 and 4, but older ones can get set loose. Food is decent and great that's is open for no wait or anything. They do serve beer which was a plus with the men in our group, but that's not open! Would definitely recommend for events, both kids and adults. Strictly reviewing the food, it's what you probably expect from an AYCE buffet. Pizza is fine, but won't impress you. It's a very good value though, and I shoved my face full here several times in my past life as a starving college student. A lot of the pizzas were empty when we came today, but you can ask the staff to make by of them again. I preferred the thin crust pizzas personally. They still have the novelty spicy peanut butter pizza, so I had to try it again. 15 years later, and it's still not for me, ha. I'm not totally against the concept, but there's just way too much sweet creamy peanut butter IMO. The arcade is obviously a huge draw for younger kids. They've added some small carnival rides too. We planned a birthday party for my daughter at Johns incredible Pizza and it.. was incredible! For the size of the party we anticipated we received really amazing host that kept everything on track, the pricing was extremely fair and included so much play time for the kids with those play cards and tickets. We could have paid more to have more stuff in the room but they let us decorate which didn't need much, we brought in our own cake and the staff was beyond helpful in checking in and being patient with the children (knowing kids can be hard to handle sometimes). I paid for 20 kids and 30 adults and about seven kids and 20 adults came, but I wasn't obligated to pay for the unattended kids. I was able to meet the room minimum and not take a loss on people who couldn't make it. The buffet is great, the arcade is tremendous, things for everyone to do right down to the babies play area. Because we only have the room for an hour and a half, and because people don't always show up at the start time of a party, it did feel a little short... However that is at no fault of John's incredible. I would highly emphasize for those parties to make sure that anyone who's coming gets their promptly at your start time or before just to make sure everyone has enough time to enjoy your space. Additionally, even though you get a private room for an hour and a half, you are at no requirements to leave John. We moved the rest of our party to one of the big spaces that they have for people to relax and enjoy and the kids spend the next couple hours in the arcades running around We did invest in the piñata and candy and the kids really love that because it's designted as a game of chance. Head to the dining room and you will find an older gentleman named Hippie doing amazing job making the dining area seem like a 1 man show! We returned almost a year later for my son's birthday. Just about everyone in our party of 17 were looking forward to coming back. I gave one more star this time because of 2 outstanding staff members. First of all, when I came in, I did not remember how to pay. I was helped at the front by Nancy. She is absolutely amazing! She is just so helpful and full of joy. She is the right person to be standing at the front. She represents John's incredible pizza well! She shared that she recently lost her husband of 30 years. Yet, you would not know it by her smile and energy. This lady deserves a raise and a promotion! The second person that we were all looking forward to seeing was Hipolito. When the people at our party remember him and his service, that really says a whole lot. Initially, when we sat down at our table, he wasn't around. I bumped into him at the food area and immediately told him we were looking for him. He said he usually works in the morning, but they needed him later. Our group was so relieved. He is an amazingly hard worker, and he is so attentive. He came by our table often and checked on us. I believe he had the whole room, which was the Toon Time Theater That's a lot of tables! That room was pretty full, too. The food was good, overall. Some of the desserts were not so great. The salted caramel brownie was the best. My favorite pizza was the spicy peanut butter pizza. I believe this is new. I loved it! I really like the different kinds of pizzas they offer. The salad bar was good, too. I went back and forth about booking a party room. I ended up doing a walk in party and was apprehensive that it would be too busy. The staff was very helpful, especially Nancy! From the second I walked in she greeted us with a smile and she could see I was anxious and calmed all my nerves. She helped us on the spot plan the most bang for our buck with this walk in party. The facility is clean and there are many large dining areas with themes that can accommodate many people. A walk in party was very doable.
