The rooms range from activities that have strength, brain teasers, teamwork, and more. It's such a great bonding opportunity and allows you to have fun with whoever you bring with phones down. Parking is NO issue at all at this location. They have so many spots available given the strip outlet location it's in. I do recommend not wearing any thick or heavy clothes and bringing as little items as possible, because you will be moving A LOT and sweating will be your enemy. They have a bar and restaurant as well, but we didn't get a chance to go. Definitely will be back, and next time need to go for 4 hours! I think we did 2 hours and it didn't feel like enough time.

The premise is similar to an escape room, but there are several themed, interactive rooms that you try to progress through. Each room has a 3 minute time limit and if you pass the first challenge, a door opens to another room. Each themed room has 3 challenges total. We all had a lot of fun working together as a team. The rooms are hard to complete (at least for us lol) and some of the rooms required more physical ability. There are employees there to help you as requested, which helps if you get stuck on what you're supposed to do. The rooms are well put together, theme-wise, which adds to the experience of the challenges. There were a lot of people there, which meant a long waiting time. I feel as though we did more waiting than we did inside the rooms. Although, it didn't help that several rooms broke or weren't functioning correctly throughout the night. There's also a bar in the back where you can grab drinks and food, if you so choose. I would recommend waiting until after the experience since you have a 2 hour time limit. Overall, Bam Kazam is a unique activity to get a group of friends or family together for a night of fun and challenges! I would definitely go back again, but perhaps on a weekday or a time that would be less busy.

One of the main attractions at Mavrix is bowling. Another is laser tag. I passed on both and checked out the arcade instead. It was time well spent because it's a pretty awesome arcade. I've been to the Bowlero in North Scottsdale and it's smaller than this one. Here, you have a bunch of fighting and driving games, interspersed with carnival-style games. I played 10 or so games total in about an hour. Wednesday is a great day to go because the games are 50% off. I didn't come away empty-handed either. With the tickets I won, I redeemed them in their prize room. It's a pretty large room too, with more prizes available than the North Scottsdale location. While I didn't have many tickets, I had enough for two pieces of candy and a T-Rex toy. Outside of what I mentioned, Mavrix has plenty of areas to sit, including a full bar. I haven't had food or drinks here, but I did take a look at the menu and it's a pretty extensive one. Definitely nicer overall than your typical bowling alley.

The vibe is super lively and modern, with a lot going on, so it's perfect for groups, date nights, or even just something different to do. The arcade had a good variety of games and the bowling area was clean and well set up. It's the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours without getting bored. Food and drinks were decent--nothing crazy, but good enough for a night out. The menu has a mix of bar food, appetizers, and drinks, which makes it easy to snack while you play. But honestly, the service alone made me not want to come back. The bartender/waitress took our drink order and clearly made my boyfriend's drink stronger like noticeably stronger. I asked for the same thing at the same moment saying "she was going to hook him up " she didn't do it me, but still charged me the exact same price. That made zero sense and came off unprofessional, like she was more focused on him than actually doing her job fairly. It didn't stop there. My food came out soggy and borderline unappetizing, while his was completely fine. So not only are the drinks inconsistent, but apparently the kitchen is too. For how expensive everything is, you'd expect better service and quality across the board. The place looks nice and has a fun concept, but it's not worth it if the experience depends on who you are or how the staff feels that day. Definitely wouldn't recommend unless you're okay with inconsistent service and being overcharged for less.

The place is totally air conditioned, no windows, has flat screen tv's and consoles, comfy chairs, what more could you ask for? However, since I have a life (is a life without gaming, really a life I want to live??), I can only make it in here sporadically. Don't even get me started on the customer service, which is hands down, the friendliest customer service I have ever experienced this side of the desert, including Las Vegas. Here we were, chatting up the shop clerk, when lo and behold I find me a copy of Vampire Hunter D. Now I know the game is kinda crappy, but I had to have it for my collection of rarities. Cheaper prices than on Amazon too. So far, this is the only store I know of that stays open so late for all of your gamez (yes, I said GAMEZ) needs.

Really pissed off how this was handled and I had to walk 2 blocks to find a shop when all along there was a bathroom right there.

Imagine 3D Mini Golf is EXACTLY that! We stopped in during an out-of-state visit for something to do while waiting for dinner time to roll around, and we had an amazingly fun time. Che greeted us and attended to us. His professionalism, friendliness, and hospitality were truly off-the-charts levels of amazing! He gave us details about the course, the 3D effects (TRULY impressive), the "hidden name" scavenger hunt, and some details about the establishment. I was very appreciative of his sanitizing each set of 3D glasses, golf club, and golf ball before giving them to his customers. That small touch goes a LONG way! I was also very impressed with the web-based scorekeeping system for both the game and name scavenger hunt. The course itself is extremely well-done, with a lot of unique obstacles and challenges. It is a lot of fun to play. When we were done, and returned our glasses, golf clubs, and golf balls, and were headed toward the exit. Che called out to us, and asked if we wanted to have another round, free of charge. This is INCREDIBLY generous, and we eagerly and gratefully accepted because we weren't able to find half of the hidden names. We found a few more names on the second round, and returned our gear again. Che said, "One more thing before you go", and gave us $1 worth of quarters to play a round of air hockey. This incredibly kind gesture was hugely appreciated, and meant a huge amount to us. We had a blast playing air hockey, and left feeling hugely uplifted and happy from Che's unparalleled and over-the-top customer care. I seriously cannot recommend Imagine 3d Mini Golf highly enough!!! I am hugely looking forward to visiting again the next time I'm in town! Thank you so much, Che! You really made our visit the unexpected high point of our vacation!
