I had a Groupon and when I told the worker I had a Groupon she asked when I bought it. I said I have no idea and I couldn't find it on the actual Groupon. She asked if I bought it this morning or yesterday. I said no, I got it maybe last month. She said it was a corporate policy that Groupons can't be used within 24hours of buying it...which is weird because it doesn't state that on the Groupon but it didn't concern me. The place was clean and we had fun. You are able to order food from your table. But it was weird because the worker brought us the food but said any drinks that we ordered we'd have to pick up ourselves..on the ordering app it also doesn't mention this. It has you tipping the worker but they don't even bring you everything ordered..weird. When I went to get the drinks I had to wait about 10mins because they weren't ready. And if you go on Wednesdays the arcade games are 1/2 price! We'd go back again..

Booked this for a way for my teen to celebrate her birthday with some friends. Booking a party was easy, everyone at bowling alley was friendly and helpful. The food and drink arrived on time and was tasty. I would not hesitate to book another party here. Only issue was it would be nice if they updated the bathrooms.

Went here with my brother and we had a good time. Mon-Thurs they do a special where you can pay $17 and bowl as many games as you want from 9-midnight and that includes shoes. Which is a pretty dang good deal! It could be updated a little bit, but it was still a good time.

They always seem to have new attractions and things popping up. The service is always great. The food is decent, just enough to quench your thirst to keep you on those rides and playing golf. We love the laser tag experience.

Frankie's Review - 3/5…read more While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

Played the arcade games for a while and yes more expensive than Chuck E. Cheese haha but my kids enjoyed getting some plushies out from the claw machines and playing the virtual game . We reserved 1 lane for bowling the tables there were a bit too close together but that's probably expected since it's a small area with high stools and we have 3 small children so we finished bowling then went to the main area to get a table with regular seating to eat . The staff was really attentive and friendly took our order and the food was out pretty quickly. We ordered wings , fries and mac and cheese all very good . All in all we had a great time .

Unfortunately, after several consecutive negative experiences with the same server, I feel compelled to leave this review. My cousin and I regularly attend a local book club and often visit afterward for a treat and a night out. During multiple recent visits, we were consistently ignored, had difficulty getting service, and felt unwelcome. We continued to tip despite the poor service and initially tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but after experiencing the same treatment repeatedly, we finally decided to politely ask whether there was an issue. The server, Lexi, immediately became defensive and claimed we were receiving poor service because we "don't tip." This accusation was completely false. We have receipts showing that we have tipped on our visits, and my cousin even pointed out that she and her husband had recently celebrated their anniversary there and left a 30% tip. In response, Lexi made a comment questioning why my cousin was there with another woman if she has a husband, implying that she was being unfaithful. Regardless of anyone's relationship status, sexuality, or personal life, that kind of assumption is inappropriate, unprofessional, and entirely unrelated to providing customer service. The comment left us feeling judged and deeply uncomfortable. I do want to acknowledge that the manager handled the situation very well once it was brought to their attention. They listened to our concerns, treated us respectfully, and generously covered our tabs. I genuinely appreciate how professionally the manager responded. However, the experience itself was unacceptable. No guest should be treated differently based on assumptions about their personal life, nor should they be repeatedly ignored and then blamed for it. Because of these repeated experiences and Lexi's behavior, I will not be returning if she remains employed there. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this establishment deserves better representation from its staff.

The place is huge and great for big social gatherings. I had high hopes when I first got inside but got quite disappointed with the food. I wanted to love the Mushroom Al Pastor tacos, but they're too salty. I found myself reaching for water after almost every bite. I asked for more limes and the ones I got seemed to have been sitting on the bar counter for a while, not freshly cut at all. The menu says it's supposed to have cilantro and charred pineapple salsa. Interesting, I didn't taste any. My friend who opted for the Chips and Salsa said that wasn't good either. Too bad!

The ambience with the bowling and other games was great but no staff person helped us understand or introduced the options. Also several areas were corded off for two private events. The drink wall was almost empty, the fountain sodas were inoperable and the kitchen was closing early on a Sunday night. The staff also used tape to cover 1/4 of the menu items as unavailable. Pagers for food did not work. It was as if the restaurant had just opened and was experiencing new location jitters. Food was ok, drinks were marginal and service poor. I won't return.

The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't eat but definitely bring a water bottle as they have refill station near the bathroom. The bathrooms were clean as well as the inside & on the courses. Employee was dusting the course in between people finishing their shots. The parking lot was huge, so definitely plenty of parking. I had a great time and definitely recommend, if you're looking for a fun, unique activity. Cheers

The electronic scoring and automatic bumper bowling are convenient features and staff is always at the ready when a slow-pitched ball from a little one doesn't quiiite make it all the way. The food is what you might expect and there are a decent amount of choices from pizza and wings to French toast and nachos. Little Mister is a fan of the French toast and you have the option of ordering it with either cinnamon and sugar or powdered sugar. Well, I suppose you could order it without any sugar at all since you can dip it right into the glorious liquid sugar called maple syrup. Or maybe it is high fructose corn syrup that tastes enough like maple syrup to pass with flying colors. The nachos are sufficiently okay. They get soggy under the cheese, and the chicken is flavorful but nothing to write home about. The potato skins are great dipped in sour cream and you can order them without bacon if you prefer. There is also an arcade that can swiftly devour your funds. Many of the games offer points that can be redeemed for treasures in the arcade store. Ultimately, you can spend a bundle of cash to win enough points for a tootsie roll. I'm exaggerating. But not too much. There are games like Wicked Tuna where you can test your virtual fishing finesse, or Jurassic park where you can blow virtual raptors into oblivion. There's even a good ole hoop-shooting game that tests your basketball skills and gives you points for your athletic prowess. Overall, BLS is a great place to unwind and have fun. Call ahead to see if they have open bowling. They usually do but if not, there's always the arcade if you want to lighten the burden of carrying all that cash in your wallet.
