Going to the Kings in Orlando has always been a great time for me, so it was no surprise that the Kings in Raleigh was on the same level. With it being a busy holiday weekend, we made reservations ahead of time to bowl. The staff was quick to get us checked in and out to our lane! I haven't noticed this in FL but for this location they have some accent art throughout the bowling area of the Dude from The Big Lebowski. It was a nice touch that added to the atmosphere. Something else cool to note is that they even had his drink on the menu with their own twist! We didn't end up eating food, although the father and son in the lane next to us had pizza that smelled absolutely amazing! For drinks the boys had an array of beers, and I started off with a drink called Pirate Ship. It comes with blue curaçao and pineapple vodka which are always a delicious combination that makes me feel like I'm on a tropical vacation! It definitely helped out my bowling game as well, which they should add in the fine print . Whenever I'm back to visit I'll be sure to come back to Kings! It's really located in the perfect area for you to bowl and walk around mid town!

Kings Dinning & Entertainment offers a variety of fun for everyone in your party. I highly recommend making reservations as far in advance as possible and leave well before 9pm. The atmosphere was great and everyone was respectful of each others personal space. However the later it became the rowdier groups became. Security had to speak to a few people because they were getting a bit out of control. Kings would be better if they limited guest by reservation and limited bar guest. There were a lot of people just sitting and waiting around and it became crowded pretty quickly.

My siblings and I got together to celebrate my brother's 41st birthday. The atmosphere is nice for both adults and kids. There were plenty of things to do such as bowl, play pool, or foosball. Additionally, we ordered a sampler and two drink towers. They had a variety of food and drinks to select from. The food was good. The service was great. The only thing I would like to warn is if you order food to eat and everyone gets up to play or watch others play your food and drinks may be gone when you return. It was a really good time. We enjoyed ourselves and definitely recommend for a family night.

The prices were decent and the food was good! Service is very prompt and professional. The decorations really put us in a Halloween mood. Loved it!! Very clean as well.

WTH?! I don't understand. I'm sitting at the bar. It's not a busy night (Thursday) at all but my glass has been empty for 10+ minutes now. The thing that blows my mind is that the bartender has walked past me multiple times, looks directly at me and my glass and still fails to approach me. I finally flagged her down to order food but she still failed to ask if I wanted another drink before walking away. Here I am now waiting for food and drink, which I haven't even ordered yet. The spot: This seems like a pretty fun and chill place to hang out with friends; however, if I can't get drinks on a slow night I don't think I'll have luck getting drinks on a busy Friday or weekend night. Decent music. The food: I ordered wings and waffle fries. It took a long time to get just those two items out. When food finally came out, it was only the wings because apparently she didn't hear me ask for fries... yet we had a mini convo whether they were regular fries or waffle fries. Service observation: Communications amongst the team sucks! Food runner is running around clueless. Other people at the bar have asked for their food to-go because of the long wait. From others facial expressions and reactions, I wasn't the only one not happy with the service tonight. The bartender was sweet, but that didn't make up for the poor service.

Raleigh, North Carolina. Bowl, but I don't recommend the food, here. We had our 2022 Christmas party at this place, and while the bowling was fun, the food was...insanely subpar. The teriyaki chicken on skewers was hard as a rock...you had to rip it apart just to eat it. It was practically dehydrated and well overdone. Meatballs were tasteless, and the pizza was the equivalent of a frozen Totino's Pizza from Walmart. The pretzel balls were good, as were the spring rolls, but that was about it. For the price, this food should be a LOT better. Oddly enough, I really used to like the food here a couple of years ago. It's gone downhill for sure. Bring sanitizer for the balls if you use theirs, as I highly doubt that's happening. Great lanes, though! Oh, and play something other than friggin' hiphop garbage, too. I don't mind a mix of it, but there was too much of it. Some rock would've been nice. And turn the volume down...had to yell to the person just 4 feet away.

First time at Kings, nice family environment. Was able to watch the fight while grabbing a few drinks while waiting for food.

Everybody has an opinion well this is mine! Staff 5 Atmosphere 5 Cleanliness 5 Food 4 Let me start off by saying I have never been so excited to play games. The four-person air hockey was one of my all-time favorites, besides the basketball ! They have so many group games as well as duo games! The food was good I enjoyed the cannolis they were delicious. Did I mention how fun all the games we're let me say it again! I do not normally play games but I did like how 2-4 people could play so many games together! I loved how hot and fresh everything was and the presentation was spot on. I do believe I will have a fun outing planned for my loved ones here! The bar was stocked with whatever you needed to have an after-hours drink and let off some steam with or arcade games.

I dropped by one afternoon to check out this new pub in North Raleigh and I was delighted to find…read morehow cozy it was and how hospitable and sweet the owners, Kevin and Stephanie, are. The decor in The Winchester Pub is unique in the fact that they don't have all the stereotypical, tacky beer signage that others have and the bar is completely handmade by Kevin himself (it's gorgeous). Their selection of beers on tap is primo -- you won't see any of the over-served blah beers of other bars. Instead, you'll find a finely curated selection that boasts a variety of tastes. If you're not into beer, there are also a few bottles of wine you can choose to have a glass of. There's a small selection of canned brews you can purchase from the display case in the front of the pub, back of the pub, and in the refrigerated unit in the rear, as well as cider, spiked coffee malt beverages, alcoholic seltzers, and beer kegs. Surprisingly, there's even some bagged coffee! If you fancy bringing some pub merch home, there are branded mugs for sale. Above the bar, there are mounted TV screens, perfect for enjoying local sports games (especially European soccer matches on the weekends). Plenty of backed barstools surround the bar, and there's a line of round, leather-topped stools along the back wall. If stools aren't your cup of tea, there are two cozy leather couches you can lounge on: one in the front (by the entrance) and one in the back (next to a pool table)! If you're not craving any booze, there's a water cooler in the front of the pub and canned sodas in the fridge (Sprite and Coke). If you're feeling playful, there are couple of board games on the one of the beer display shelves by the entrance (beneath the framed red jersey). I'm more of a cider kind of girl, so Kevin suggested a fantastic, locally-owned cider out of Pittsboro, NC: "Chatham Cider Works Highway 64". It was sweet, light, bubbly, and strong, especially at 10% ABV (so, watch out!). My husband and I both sampled the "Fullsteam Igor Cake" Pastry Stout (9% ABV), which was super sweet. Hubby ended up ordering the "Casita Home Sweet Home" Imperial Stout (10% ABV), which had a cake-like flavor, was super smooth, and not too sweet. No foods are currently served here, but there are some snacks for sale behind the bar and you are more than welcome to bring in your own noms to accompany any drinks your order. From the cooler, I bought and tried: - Brown Bomber Mocha Hard Latte - flavored malt beverage (5% ABV) made with 100% Arabica coffee and milk. It's recommended to shake well and serve over ice. It was soooo creamy, chocolatey, and delicious -- you can't even tell that there is alcohol in it! - Brown Bomber Vanilla Hard Latte - same as the previous, but vanilla-flavored - Sound Craft Rosé Seltzer (5% ABV) - super smooth and tasting of freshly pressed blackberries, I could not tell that there was alcohol in it! If you're looking for a cozy spot to throw back a pint as you unwind from work, you've found the perfect place!

For my boxes, I selected the Tobacco Road Club and the turkey sandwich. Neither sandwich arrived dressed (pesto mayo, honey mustard), nor did they put dressings on the side. To be clear, absolutely no one in my group received dressed sandwiches. Fortunately, we found some ranch in the office fridge to share, but even still, the club had no cheese so it was essentially just floppy, sad meats with white bread, and the turkey could not have been more bland if they tried. The side salads that came with them were mediocre at best, and the dressing was not great, either. Literally the only good thing I can say is that the chocolate chip cookies were tasty. I have to wonder if they even make those in house. I was not the one to place the order and I'm glad there was no money out of my pocket, but geesh, if they're going to offer boxed lunches, they could try to be a touch more inventive. Then it took another 10 minutes for the water to show up and to have our orders taken. I ordered the Bad Ass Burger with fries. The fries arrived cold and floppy. I let the waitress know the fries were cold and she graciously took then and had them remade. The second set, arrived hot and floppy...and were unseasoned. The burger itself was terrible. The meat patties were not seasoned and overcooked (ordered medium arrived well done). Ultimately, the food was just disappointing. Lastly, I saw one of the cooks vaping over the food.
