I think there should be a reconsider on the layout. The lanes are so packed that you can't get by people sitting on the couches. The furniture is so oversized. The lanes have warps in them. As a Californian I am used to having to spend $100+ at an arcade just to get an hour of play time. My sister and I were staying in the area and wanted something to do at night, we popped in and played for like 2 hours and only paid $30 for credits, they had a good variety of games, I didn't bowl but the people who were bowling seemed like they were having fun! read more

Going to the Kings in Orlando has always been a great time for me, so it was no surprise that the Kings in Raleigh was on the same level. With it being a busy holiday weekend, we made reservations ahead of time to bowl. The staff was quick to get us checked in and out to our lane! I haven't noticed this in FL but for this location they have some accent art throughout the bowling area of the Dude from The Big Lebowski. It was a nice touch that added to the atmosphere. Something else cool to note is that they even had his drink on the menu with their own twist! We didn't end up eating food, although the father and son in the lane next to us had pizza that smelled absolutely amazing! For drinks the boys had an array of beers, and I started off with a drink called Pirate Ship. It comes with blue curaçao and pineapple vodka which are always a delicious combination that makes me feel like I'm on a tropical vacation! It definitely helped out my bowling game as well, which they should add in the fine print . Whenever I'm back to visit I'll be sure to come back to Kings! Kings Dinning & Entertainment offers a variety of fun for everyone in your party. I highly recommend making reservations as far in advance as possible and leave well before 9pm. The atmosphere was great and everyone was respectful of each others personal space. However the later it became the rowdier groups became. Security had to speak to a few people because they were getting a bit out of control. Kings would be better if they limited guest by reservation and limited bar guest. The thing that blows my mind is that the bartender has walked past me multiple times, looks directly at me and my glass and still fails to approach me. I finally flagged her down to order food but she still failed to ask if I wanted another drink before walking away. Here I am now waiting for food and drink, which I haven't even ordered yet. The spot: This seems like a pretty fun and chill place to hang out with friends; however, if I can't get drinks on a slow night I don't think I'll have luck getting drinks on a busy Friday or weekend night. Came across this place after eating dinner in the same area. Seemed like a really cool place because it had a bowling alley and a game area along with a huge bar and grille. We sat and had a drink and a shot, the bartender was really nice and quick with making our drinks. We had a fun time playing in the arcade area while drinking. We came back the next day and wanted to bowl and get some food and drinks. The server this day was very slow to take our drink and food orders. We didn't receive our drinks or food until we were basically done bowling which the bowling is for an hour. It's a cool place to check out though. read more

I have visited Kings on multiple occasions. Location 5 stars Prime location with many things to get into in this area. The parking is plentiful here, and it's FREE, and there is more than one covered garage, so if there is a rainy day, no worries. Your best experience here would be to dine at the bar near the bowling lanes. You will receive better service at that bar. Overall Service 3 stars The hostess is never in place and not because they are seating someone. When we came here, we tried to sit at the larger bar, but dirty plates were everywhere. There is always two or more staff near the bar area, but they will never acknowledge you. When you finally get their attention, they are useless. They refer you to the hostess who's not in place. It would help if you spoke to the hostess even to be seated at the larger bar. The nicer bartenders with better service are near the bowling area. Food 4 star Honey, siracha Brussels sprouts are amazing. The pizzas here are also one of the best go-to as they are delicious for an entertainment/leisure space. read more

The teriyaki chicken on skewers was hard as a rock...you had to rip it apart just to eat it. It was practically dehydrated and well overdone. Meatballs were tasteless, and the pizza was the equivalent of a frozen Totino's Pizza from Walmart. The pretzel balls were good, as were the spring rolls, but that was about it. For the price, this food should be a LOT better. Oddly enough, I really used to like the food here a couple of years ago. It's gone downhill for sure. Bring sanitizer for the balls if you use theirs, as I highly doubt that's happening. Great lanes, though! Oh, and play something other than friggin' hiphop garbage, too. I don't mind a mix of it, but there was too much of it. Some rock would've been nice. And turn the volume down...had to yell to the person just 4 feet away. read more

Visitsd Kings tonight with my wife and another couple as a date night and will NOT be going back any time soon. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had and I did make sure the manager was aware on our way out. We had a reservation for 5:45 pm on a Friday. It was the only reservation available, yet when we got there and got 30 minutes into bowling, more than half the lanes were still open. When checking in for our reservation, the person working at the counter was very short and not personable. There was very little greeting. When he asked us for payment, we werent allowed to use cash for one, but when we told him how to split the bill, he rolled his eyes and responded in silence. One of the parts of checking in was providing shoe sizes which we provided on paper as requested. A second worker came up and asked us for our shoe sizes anyway without bothering to check the form we'd filled out less than 5 minutes prior. Another key to the check in experience was that there was a tip line. The person who checked us in pressed less buttons and had less interactions than someone who works at a fast food restaurant. There should be no tip line on the card statement that needs to be signed. Especially when it costs $120+ for 4 people just to bowl for an hour and fifteen minutes. We were brought to our lane and prepared for a fun session of bowling. We were not approached by a server at all until after we had to go to the bar to order our own drinks. The server was an African American girl with dreadlocks at least 4 feet long. When she finally did approach us, we were all half way through our first drink and 3 frames thru our first match of bowling. She said "Im here to take really good care of you tonight" yet we literally never heard from her again. We purchased two drinks a piece and a plate of fries. This likely wouldve been twice as much had we had any sort of service at all. In comparison, the group directly next to us, who showed up an hour after us was greeted with waters menus and utensils before they even took their jackets off. These customers were the same demograhic as our server and it was clear she was showing favoritism. This is the most politically correct way of putting this. The drinks were $7 for draft craft beer and thats fine. The lanes for the bowling were well lit and they had a good selection of bowling balls to use. The vibe of the place was fine, although it did seem like none of the employees wanted to be there. I brought up our experience to the manager on duty, but all he wanted to do was bring it up to the server directly with us there and a dozen or more other customers within ear shot. That wouldve been embarassing so i told him my piece and then our group left. There was no apology and no offer for compensation. We will not be returning as long as this establishment has the same staff and management. The owner needs to take a good look at the recent reviews because clearly my group is not the first to have an experience like this recently. read more

The four-person air hockey was one of my all-time favorites, besides the basketball ! They have so many group games as well as duo games! The food was good I enjoyed the cannolis they were delicious. Did I mention how fun all the games we're let me say it again! I do not normally play games but I did like how 2-4 people could play so many games together! I loved how hot and fresh everything was and the presentation was spot on. I do believe I will have a fun outing planned for my loved ones here! What an awesome place! You might not expect much on the outside but when you go inside; it's a different world. A beautiful space to hangout, filled with games, bowling, pool tables and more. I came here for a private company party. You can rent out the backside for a private event, which comes with private bowling lanes. The food was quite delicious too. The pizza and finger food menu provides you with many options. I was quite impress with the quality. The customer service was excellent from the bar and wait staff. I went to Kings on Friday to go bowling with a girlfriend and grab dinner. For our small group size 1hr was $25 per person including shoe rentals for an hour of bowling, which doesn't sound like a lot but we played almost 2 full games and still took time to eat our food. I had a reservation at 6 and when we arrived, we were greeted and immediately got our shoes and taken to our lane. It was noticeably warm inside as if there was no hvac system but I noticed some huge cooling device was being used but, to me, it made little to no difference. Once to our lane our server almost immediately came and brought menus. Unfortunately they were a little wet still from cleaning solution but I was more happy that they were cleaned as germs are quite real even with the lessening of Covid precautions. I ordered a Nashville hot chicken sandwich with no coleslaw and a water and my friend got chicken strips and fries. The food took a little to come out but was pretty decent for the type of space we were in. I can say the Nashville hotness was very inconsistent, but the parts that were. Were very nice and the fries were perfect texture. My friends chicken tenders were like a honey sriracha flavor and, although not what she ordered, still very good. Our server was good and made sure we were taken care of bowling and food wise. Even with my going for a record number of gutter balls It was a great start to the weekend and I enjoyed myself and looking forward to coming again, definitely hoping they have some functional air by then though. read more

We came for lunch & were able to be seated right away because the restaurant was empty. The venue is huge and has a dining area, bowling alley and game areas with arcade games, pool and air hockey. There are cool bowling decorations and colorful decor throughout the business. When we were first seated at a table the table was very wobbly and lifted in the air after I touched it. Our waiter was right there when it happened but didn't offer to let us move to a more secure table. We decided to move on our own and told him. He was fine with it. There are also booths that you are able to dine in. The menu offers sandwiches, appetizers, desserts and drinks. I opted to get the nachos. The nachos came with jalapeños, queso, cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, pico de Gallo, and olives. You can add meat for an additional charge. The portion size was big enough to share. The nachos were good but were cold. We also ordered a warm chocolate chip cookie with ice cream for desert. Our waiter, Airik, was nice & asked if we needed anything else once he brought our food out but there were long delays each time he came back to our table and the restaurant was empty. He brought the dessert out at the same time that he brought our food. He did not ask if we wanted it with our food and after our meal. By the time we ate it the cookie was cold and the ice cream was melting. The cookie was good but would have been better if we could have gotten it warm after our meal. Our server did not refill our waters during the meal. The bus boy did ask if we wanted more water after we finished eating and he was picking up our plates and saw our empty glasses. We had a 4pm reservation and had young children with us. We were told the reservation was pushed to 5, and then to 6pm. Then they told us we needed to be done by 7 because someone else had a reservation at that time? Ok what about our reservation 2hrs ago now? At 6:45, a third of the way through the first game, they cut the screen off and told us we were done. Didn't even let us finish one game despite making us wait that long- and then tried to charge us $100 for a game we couldn't even finish. Another man came up to us and told us that employees had told his wife to "stop talking" when she asked how much longer their family would be waiting. Even if you don't want to bowl it is worth coming here for the food drinks, and desserts. There is a private bowling lane, great for birthday parties. Came with my family on the Friday after Thanksgiving. We arrived around 3 pm and it wasn't too busy. Kay was our bartender and also served our booth across from the bar. I had the Pirate Ship and another drink that's served In the fish bowl. They were just OK. My husband had the Bourbon Burger. It was super tasty and served with waffle fries. We also ordered a cheese pizza for the little one. It was good! The arcade isn't huge but there's enough games to be enjoyable. They use an automated texting system to communicate with customers waiting for bowling lanes. It was very helpful. For parties the wait can range from 1-2 hours. They also have a bar by the bowling lanes. I had "The Dude" and it was super yummy! They also have jumbo jenga, connect four, and put put to play in a covered outdoor area. THIS CUBANO WAS ANYTHING BUT AMAZING. The "mojo pulled pork" smelled and tasted so off putting my boyfriend, who's not a picky eater, only took one bite. So I tried it thinking maybe it's just how it's supposed to taste. NO SIR. For those of you that own dogs, the smell of dry dog food on your hands or the smell of a rawhide bone is what this pork tasted like. I never spit out food but this was absolutely disgusting and almost made me vomit. There was a hiccup at the front desk when they couldn't locate my reservation, but eventually, they led us over to a small reserved section for our party. We had a little difficulty working the bowling machine but luckily, there were knowledgeable technicians nearby who were able to assist us. I loved how spacious the section was, several comfy leather couches to lounge on, plenty of table space for drinks and food and TV's with the games playing that I know my boyfriend and his dad appreciated having lol. The food itself was also fantastic. We got the sausage and pepper pizza and regular pepperoni. They were smaller than I expected but two pizzas were plenty for 5 people. We also ordered the buffalo wings which were SUPER yummy and as a ranch connoisseur, that ranch was fantastic.
