I am a small teenage girl and was treated rudely, dismissively, and unprofessionally when I came in alone regarding a tire that blew out after only three months of use. I had purchased Walmart tires along with the Road Hazard Warranty, yet I was given multiple, conflicting explanations about what the warranty covered, none of which were clear or consistent. When I returned with my stepfather, the employees' attitudes immediately changed. They became polite and helpful, which made it clear that I was treated differently based on my age, size, and appearance. Other customers present were also confused by the explanations given about the warranty, and one customer even canceled their own warranty after witnessing how the situation was handled. I am not seeking anyone's termination. I am requesting that employees receive proper training on Walmart's warranty policies and customer service expectations. No customer should be treated differently or spoken to disrespectfully under any circumstances.

When I called him out and asked for the manager, the person that claimed to be the manager (which later turned out not to even be the manager) got extremely defensive. Be extremely careful going here and having work done on your car if you have any valuable belongings inside!!!!
