Customer service is impossible to reach--a circular auto-answering phone system. When I did, they promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours. Four days later, nothing. Finally got through to them, and they agreed to pick up part of the order (NOT THE DAMAGED ITEM!!), but not all of it (I canceled the whole order when I saw the damage). So I filed a chargeback with my credit card company, and they gave me a permanent credit. I now have Lowe's products cluttering my garage as they won't pick them up. HOME DEPOT all the way--this would never have happened there.

He says "oh, that's a union brass diverter valve, come down here, I'll show you where it is" what I didn't tell him it's I spent two weeks figuring out who the original manufacturer was! Should've just come here to begin with. I typically only shop at Lowe's. Lowe's didn't have what I needed.
