I've had nothing but great experiences boarding my dog at Bowzee Wowzee! I've taken him here 3 times now, once leaving him for an entire week. He is very well taken care of. Never any instances of him being hurt or sick or anything! You can bring your own food to avoid paying for theirs which is great for my wallet and his sensitive stomach. I typically also elect for him to bathed before I pick him up. It's super convenient after traveling! Overall they are reasonably priced and I believe they are taking good care of the animals. Husband & I are traveling & stopped to visit Charlotte for the day, we left our little fur baby here. The whole process was easy, and he seemed completely fine, happy & exhausted when we picked him up at the end of the day. I called for a check up on our boy half way through the day. I have been taking my babies here for years and never had a problem. They always came back happy and healthy at a reasonable price and always pass the sniff test. I am one of those people who insists on no bath for my pups because I want to know what they smell like. It's a sign of how they were treated. I pay for a suite for my pups. They have a bed to share off the floor. They get time out side and up front with the staff, and they are do happy when they come home. The last time I brought them I thought my oldest dog had a uti. I gave them meds and left. They Called in a panic about other pup saying he was peeing blood. They sent him to the vet and put him on his meds st no charge. Such a sweet gesture. Filed a complaint with bbb and once again they lied their way out of it. Silly if my dog wasnt sick from being boarded at this place i wouldnt have a vet bill stating what was wrong also pictures and video evidence People please read reviews on here, facbook and other bbb complaints. I'm not they only person that has had a issue with this place. It's so sad seeing our oets not being properly cared for or sick pets I'm a animal lover and would hate to see anyone lose their pet from being boarded here. This place us a joke!!! read more

Love Bowzee Wowzee, my dog has been with Donna and Sonya for the entire time they have been open. They treat Breesy like their baby and he is always excited when we pull up. We hate leaving our 3 dogs, and they hate it even more. They are so spoiled and require so much attention it is rediculous! Our biggest dog, Gracee is very emotional and extremely protective. She is very afraid of other people and she and our goldendoodle had a terrible experience for a long boarding stay 1 1/2 yrs ago at another "kennel" in the area. They lost so much weight, it was scary. Bowzee Wowzee was terrific with our dogs! Our dogs where of course extremely glad to see us, were not tramatized by the experience. they ate great and were at full weight when we picked them up. The facility is extremely clean and well set up and the staff truly seems to love what they do. We are so thankful to find a place to take our babies when we have to be gone - they were willing to work with Gracee's fear issues and took good care of them. I am not very satisfied with this dog boarding service. Dog was not bathed as requested when reservations were made, very thin, dirty and smelled. Owner and employees more interested in socializing with friends than customers. Will not be a repeat customer! Talked with owner today......which really didnt help at all. She just stated that they fed my dog 1/2 cup per day twice daily. The recommended feeding amount for a full grown boston terrier is more than twice that!! I told them I have an automatic feeder at home and leave food out constantly and thats what I thought would happen while he was in their care. Owner offered a free bath to make up for it but who would let these people starve their dog again?? Come on now!! Complaint has been filed with Better Business Bureau asking for full refund for the inhumane service!! Update: 6/25/14 - Owner - Donna Firebaugh - lied and omitted information on her response to my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. She actually stated that I starved my own dog then took him to be boarded for $250. Does this make any sense?? lol Please do not take your pet to this place! They are very dishonest and uncapable of caring for your pet properly. I feel so guilty for leaving my dog there to be starved for a week!! I provided food. It was just pure laziness. read more

Bowzee Wowzee is the BEST!! MY two Yorkies love going to Bowzee Wowzee. My babies mean the world to me and I am so blessed to have found Bowzee Wowzee. Milo and Daisy go to doggie daycare 2-3 times per week and have boarded many times. Both are under 4lbs and as tiny's they require extra special care with their diet and they always get exactly what they are supposed to. This place is the premier pet care facility in the Fort Mill/Charlotte area. The owner Donna, has a genuine passion for her work and LOVES animals. The manager Sonya is absolutely terrific! If you want your pet to be welcomed with open arms and treated like royalty, take them to Donna and Sonya. The entire staff is happy, loving, and caring. Great place to take your dog. Everyone there is friendly and very loving to all the dogs I see being brought in. I take my giant dog there for doggie daycare. It gives him the opportunity to play outdoors and his barking dies not bother my neighbors. Most days when I pick him up, he is tired from playing all day. read more
