I've used other storage facilities in the area, and they pale in comparison. I was offered a great deal on a last minute unit, that I needed for a couple of months. They have a convenient loading dock in the front of the building that's only accessible with your security code. You also have to use your security code to access the elevators, which adds another level of security and safety when coming and going out of the facility. No need to worry about cars blocking the loading dock, because there are several designated parking spaces available if you're not loading or unloading. I really appreciate how sanitary the facility is, compared to others that I've used in the area. Lots of bright light, climate controlled units varying in size, and something right for any budget. If I was going to rent a facility for storage, I would definitely choose Spacebox. Aside from the convenience of location, and how well-maintained facility is, they also have wonderfully helpful staff.

The unit was not listed as a privately sold unit (when a private person sells their items). The manager denied it being anything to do with herself and disconnected the phone when I told her about the return addressed boxes with her husband's information. Still the reason to write this review is to warn others of the probability that you will be ripped off. I paid a high price for the goods in this unit. No matter what comes from what I have it is probable that I could have made more. If the management is willing to stage a unit, and lie when they get caught,... theoretically they could have made bids against me to receive a better return. Artificially making the value higher screws the consumer.

They were nice and professional, even gave me a significant heads up when they were running 15 minutes behind. Moving - they hustled and got it done without damaging any furniture or interior of our new house in one trip. Appliance installation was great at well. Our appliances came a few days later than our move and they were able to get to us with short notice and later in the day than they most would agree to come out. They were diligent in making sure everything was level and worked properly before they left. They even helped us identify a major issue with a washer that had been delivered that we would not have noticed until much later had they not pointed it out. I was told everything was good to go. Then on June 4, I got a text saying they needed to cancel our June 6 move and asked if we could move on June 7 instead. After much back and forth, I agreed because we were on a tight timeline and needed to move. June 7 came and went, and no one showed up. No call, no text, no email...nothing!! I had to reach out myself to find out what was going on. Even then, nobody ever arrived. I called both phone numbers listed online multiple times and never got an answer. Eventually, I received a text telling me to contact someone named Daniel. I texted him and called three times, but never got a response. Then I got a random email saying the truck broke down and they'd follow up with an ETA... 1 hr went by... complete silence. At that point, we were essentially ghosted. No apology, no explanation, and no effort to help us find a solution after leaving us without movers on the day of our move. Moving is stressful enough without having to wonder if your moving company is actually going to show up. Unfortunately, that was our experience. Based on how this was handled, I wouldn't recommend them if you need a company you can count on.
