With Dependable Storage, we really got so much more than our low trifecta of expectations. 1 - Super easy to get to from Uptown. 2 - Incredibly clean. This part of Dependable Storage probably had only been open a few months when we moved in, but it really is incredibly clean. No musty smells, no smells at all really! 3 - Access to 3+ carts at all times! I've never had an issue getting a cart. 4 - Hospital-size elevators (yes we might've used 3 carts on move-in day and they all fit!) 5 - Use of a moving truck the day of move-in. Seriously a life and budget saver since it was in the middle of the summer. 6 - Not 1, not 2, not 3...okay okay 12 AIR CONDITIONING UNITS attached to our building. I am no sweaty betty leaving this place. Love me some AC. 7 - The friendliest staff. Branden is always around, and offers bottled water. 8 - Easy parking access to our space, and close to the elevators. We've never felt weird or unsafe coming to the unit. 9 - No problems whatsoever with other tenants or any creepy crawlers of any kind. ( I know that sounds weird, but check out my other storage unit review) 10 - This space was CHEAPER than my unit at another storage facility by a good bit and a much better deal in terms of all the above! We are incredibly happy with our new storage unit space, and totally recommend folks with a whole lot of crap to store it here!

I have attached photos to show that this is really happening. This place is a train wreck that I cannot wait to get out of...but alas...I cannot because they unlawfully licked me out of my unit. The "manager" Leola, of this particular storage center is awful. In all the years I have been a customer here, she is, by far, the worst ever. She is rude, unhelpful, and hangs up on calls when a customer is talking. Her stonewalling tactics are very unprofessional. I will definitely be contacting the consumer protection agency concerning my latest visit there and her refusal to provide pertinent information. UPDATE: After posting my past update saying they were losing my business and I had plans to move out this month, they charged my credit card for two months. When you call them you get no one. Only a loud screaching noise. This place is really sketchy. I wish I could take away the one star I had to give them. UPDATE: Not sure what has happened at this facility, but after waiting all afternoon for someone to be in the office and calling only to get a loud screeching noise where you should have been able to leave a message, I was met after 4pm, by a very rude and unhelpful "manager." I have been renting units from this company for a few years and have never been met with such an ugly attitude and refusal to help. She was forcing me to purchase insurance when my homeowners insurance is already in their records. I have two other units with the company. She obviously didn't feel like dealing with me because it was almost time for her to get off for the day. It is sad that this woman's unprofessional behavior has resulted in the loss of my business. I hope the owner corrects this situation and hires people who appreciate the customers because without them, there is no business. And definitely not mine because I will be moving my other unit out at the end of the month I paid for.
