OK didn't know they had 1800 different frames give or take. So told the lady where I was looking for what I have in my back and leg issues. I didn't want hard bad. I need kind of a hybrid bed that was just with me that won't be so hard on my back and for me to sleep. So approximately 30 minutes from what I would like it was in the clearance used mattress section in the side back of the store, so went up there talk with the young young lady about the purchase of the mattress that I wanted and the free so I thought I was getting bedframe. OK cool thought nothing of it approximately between the 15th and 24 October 2024. The young two men came in set up. My mattress did not take my other mattress away because I told them that I was given the other one to somebody else OK he said no problem so time goes on progressive leasing takes $149 and some odd sense out of my account two days before it's supposed to be taken out that's not what I signed up for when I tell you a certain date I don't mean for you to take it out two or three or four days earlier than what I'm expecting you to that didn't make me happy so OK two weeks later same thing different price $152.17 two days early two weeks later $196.72 was taken out why my payments fluctuating? Didn't have a reason for it. They just do it. Oh OK he goes by taxes I whatever! so file a complaint with my bank got that taken care of all right moving on. I was looking over my lease agreement. My mattress that I thought was used $3541.72 to be exact my frame that I thought was free was $542. What part of free is that not? Oh it's not free they charge me and they also told me they charge me for a delivery set up fee and a removal. I said they didn't take nothing from my home. I told him not to so you're telling me that's what you do. You just lied to your customers. OK that's not how that works for me so I called customer service service so I thought customer service cause the young man two days ago stated that oh you probably won't even get customer service. I'll let you know how that works out for you. Wow customer service much. I didn't say it thought it so called today is my mattress not used is $1500 OK but I didn't ask for that mattress I can't even sleep on the bed. I had to put a 3 inch $200 foam so I could sleep on my bed. It's supposed to be used it supposed to be a 30 day mattress that they didn't want OK that's fine. I have sheet covers, and I can spray it and blah blah blah so yeah I didn't get anywhere with anybody so the young man told me to call two different people in which I will be calling around 10 AM this morning. and I told him if I have to I will hire a lawyer to get this solve because I'm not paying for a mattress and a bedframe that I didn't ask for and then I thought I was supposed to get the bedframe for free that's false advertisement to me and I did not ask for this bed. We reached out and got in contact with Alyssa who was so helpful, and also just a real bright light after a day of disappointments. Her and another guy I think his name was Gary showed us all of the deals that they had. Every other place we had been with our budget we wouldn't even be able to afford the lowest base model, but here we were able to get a mattress we really liked brand new. They even cut us a deal on the already discounted price. Gary and another worker even loaded it into the car for us. I promise you you are not going to find better mattress, with a 10-year warranty, for well under $1,000. We will be back in the future for any of our mattress or furniture needs. Thanks guys!

I've had two spine surgeries and my husband has sleep apnea, so Dina showed us in detail different adjustable bases, and we found exactly what we need for our health and comfort. Since it was closing time, we decided to take all the info home with us, look it over some more, showed up the next morning and purchased all our items which, in comparison to other stores, was a GREAT deal...all because Dina took time to walk us through every step of our purchase, including financing. She made the who experience easy, informative, and, dare I say, fun! We felt like we were talking to a fun relative and not a sales lady. Good news and bad news. Let's start with the bad or completely inexplicable. We were talked into…read morebuying a base for the mattress, which was essentially just a metal platform onto which to place the mattress. It had no wheels so it could not easily be moved. It also was fairly flimsy. After a short while, we wanted to trade that frame for a Hollywood frame, much sturdier with wheels. We also bought a box spring unit to place between the frame and the mattress. Here is the rub. Mattress Depot brags that you can trade in your mattress if you don't like it--even up to three months after you bought it. But would they allow a trade on the frame? You would think so, because nobody sleeps directly on the frame like they do the mattress. The quality is unchanged. But NOOOOOO. Guess what? "It's company policy." How frustrating. The good? We got a decent mattress, and the person running the store did try to intervene with management to treat us fairly on the frame, without success. Overall, though, because of the management's petty policy on frames, we will not ever do business with this company again. There you have it. The moral is, treat people fairly all the way or chances are their memory of you will be negative and they will tell all their friends to avoid you like the plague. Penny-wise and pound-foolish.

We looked around and tried out beds for an hour and then said we would be back. We came back a few hours later after thinking about what we wanted for awhile. Shawn was patient and answered all the questions we had. We finally decided to purchase a mattress and an adjustable bed frame. The frame was on backorder, but Shawn was able to find us a better frame for just a little bit more. We were worried that it was close to closing but Shawn stayed late to make sure our order got in and we could get it as soon as possible. The next day we decided that we actually wanted to move one level up on the quality of the mattress. We returned to the store and Shawn greeted us with a smile, told us the pros and cons of the change, and then helped us get everything switched over. As Shawn spent a long time on the phone unveiling the mystery in that change and discovering several other changes in prices to accessories and other "work around" on costs, we could hear his surprise This was no performance for our benefit; he was truly confused and surprised. All the while we joked and laughed with Dwayne and learned more about the bed and things associated with it. After he got off of the phone, Shawn continued to work with numbers and by the time he finished he had better than matched the lowest price for that bed, then significantly discounted some accessories we wanted. After the sale, the delivery date was important and a rush was requested, monitored, and delivery occurred ahead of the requested date -a bonus. We were never pressured, told it would be be "better to do business here because," or any other high pressure sales tactic. it was always "this is what we have" and it's value, friendship, and help. The products are good to great quality (depending on how much you are willing to spend), and they sell no junk. I purchased a mattress on 8/10/26 with Roger the owner of Mattress Depot after explaining to him…read morewhat we were looking for and the sole need was to fill in gaps on a bed frame that we purchased for my son and his current mattress although still a full was too small. He sold us on a mattress and when we came home to place it on the frame it was even smaller than the one he originally had. Had no idea that the width and length of mattress can vary. I thought they were all standard sizing for a full. We now no longer have a trailer to bring the mattress back but managed to fit it into the back of my suv with the seats down. I had to take time off work to drive back out there to return it today. When I arrived there was another employee and he tells me that any returns or exchanges need to be done with the same employee but he is not there today so I have to come back tomorrow. I explained to him that I had to take time off work and can't be driving with that mattress all day in my car as I need it for other things and he said well regardless we don't do returns. I asked him where is that disclosed and he said it's at the bottom of every invoice. I told him we were not made aware of this, the mattress has not been opened and when telling the sales person what we needed they did not mention it was even smaller than he told me okay let's see if I can help you with an exchange and points out what they have available. They did not have another mattress that would suite what we are looking for and while I'm looking through them contemplating making my son sleep on a firm mattress. He says ma'am I have some more bad news. You declined the mattress protector which waived your rights to an exchange. I told him the mattress wasn't even opened and he said it didn't matter. I asked if there is anyway you can call Roger and he goes I don't call employees on their day off. The whole time he spoke to me he was condescending. This employee should not be in the customer service business period. I don't think I've been treated worse when giving someone my business. Also when we were purchasing the mattress Roger only asked if we already had a mattress protector and we said yes. That policy was also not explained to us. Not to mention the mattress size is defective and that policy shouldn't even apply. Standard full is 54x 75 and that mattress was barely over 51x72 and left such big gaps that my son could get his foot stuck in it the frame getting on and off the bed.
