Everything was great until the bed we chose didn't work for us and that's when the fine print kicked in. The whole time we were in the process of figuring out which bed we were going to go with, the constant comfort of "you have 120 days to decide if you like it or not" was a big factor. Being led to believe that if something did turn out to be not satisfactory, the company would stand by its products and make it right. It turns out that the bed did not meet our expectations and when we returned to exchange it, that's when the fine print came into play. That's when it was all explained that there are no returns, and if you choose a different mattress that is more expensive you have to pay the difference. If the replacement you choose is less than what you spent you don't get a refund, only store credit. It's funny how the staff so readily explains all of that after you've signed the papers. I know, we signed and should have been more diligent in knowing what we were signing. That's the last time a salesperson will make me feel comfortable enough to ignore the due diligence any contract deserves. P.S. Tempur-Pedic mattresses are overrated

The women that runs the place was totally wrong in dealing with customers. It's like buying a car, they are good as gold to you until the deal goes wrong and then they show you their true colors.! I told her I didn't want thag bed, contacted her the day before on what bed I wanted but she refused. It was the only message ( conviently) that she didn't receive. She received all other messages. I would recommend dealing with the place, shop elsewhere! There is a way to deal nicely with customers but she was down right rude.
