Never got the phone call the night before to give us delivery window. Contacted sales person and was told 'you're scheduled for June 1st" (not asking if this date was ok. It wasn't. Then were given June 8th as delivery date. No phone call night before, no contact june 8th as of 1pm. At 2 pm, email stating delivery would be june 9. then told 10:30-1:30 window. morning of the 9th, time change. Oven finally did arrive, the gentlemen that delivered and installed were professional and friendly. Installation was done in about 15 minutes.

I was beginning to feel like Goldilocks after repeatedly coming across ones that were too soft, too firm, too big, too small, etc., on a mission to find ones that were just right. Just as other yelpers have pointed out, this store is full of salespeople yet very few showed any interest in us while we meandered through the upstairs and downstairs showrooms. This isn't a problem for me personally because I'd rather browse in peace without the added pressure of being followed and watched like a hawk. As we were walking towards the door, ready to check this place off our list and move on to the next furniture store, an orange-y brown leather sofa caught my eye. My immediate thought was that it might be nice if only it were in another color, then lo and behold I spotted leather swatches nearby in a handful of colors. Suddenly, not one but two different salespeople stopped to offer assistance. After a brief but successful sales pitch, the next thing we knew we were practically skipping out of the store in glee, receipt in hand, having FINALLY found our new sofa and loveseat, which we ordered in black. We were told that it would take about 10 weeks for our furniture to arrive, but it actually only took half that time. The entire delivery process was hassle free. They had openings within the next couple of days with short windows of time. When the delivery guys showed up they were on time and quick but careful while dropping off our pieces. Our new sofa and loveseat look great and feel well manufactured. I haven't noticed any flaws thus far. After they have had some time to get worn in and thoroughly tested by our in home quality control group (i.e. kids) I'll update my review.

It is on par with most IKEA- chaotic layout which is what makes it fun! Lots to discover and so many wonderful products. Helpful employees but increasing the store puts onus on the customer to self serve. There is a food counter as well. I know many who come here to actually eat.

My first great find was their section of new, discounted books of all types of reading genres! There were multiple aisles of children's books (preschool all the way up to teen) at amazing discounts. For example, I found a super book by a very famous children's author for 70% off and to make it even better, I discovered that the book was a new, signed copy! Score! There are so many different categories of name-brand items: garden supplies, lawn care, tools and hardware, paint, health and beauty aids, patio furniture, dishes and kitchenware, blankets and towels, home décor, toys and puzzles, shoes, clothing items, rugs, and so much more!
