First off- I never received an itemized bill. Only what I paid and original cost. (Should have been my first red flag) Second- one of the pairs of jeans did not match the sku number (right style possibly a different shade but was unnoticed by me) this caused a problem with exchange. Third was charged an uncharted for one of the pairs I picked up in store (they said it was higher price than the ones I was exchanging (it was not) the store said 1 pair the online help said it was the other pair. (The store also said the pair I brought in were clearance) The jeans were on sale when I purchased. Buy on get one 1/2 off I believe. Anywho, I wanted to trade sizes on jeans and return the running pants. I ended up paying for the jean exchange. I'm including photos to show what was echanged was in fact the same as what I got. My son was fitted for his older brother's wedding. The first sales lady who helped us had him try on a jacket that was way to big and bulky on him. We stressed to her he likes to wear his clothes more tapered and fitted. We were not confident in her measurements and asked another sales associate to confer also telling him that he would be out of town until the day of the event so measurements were very important. Unfortunately when we received the tuxedo it was ill fitting in every aspect. The jacket was too large across the shoulders and too short in the arm length. The pants were a size 34 and could adjust up from there. (My son wears a 29" or 30" waist.) so therefore the pants were unusable.

I was very impressed with how clean and what organize the salon was. The pricing was actually better than when she was at a previous location. The receptionist was very friendly.
