I just tried calling the store, and after about 15 rings someone finally picked up and couldn't find my order, so she said she would ask her manager to "try" to give me a call back today. (It's 11a and the store doesn't close until 9p.) Next time, I'll order the book for $2 less per copy through Amazon Prime AND have it delivered to my doorstep the next day. #FasterCheaperBetter

The 5 bags were taped together with masking tape, except for 1. The 1 bag not connected, but sitting next to the ones taped together, was the ONLY set with a price. Clearly, it seemed the set with the price tag got disconnected from the other 4. The owner was adamant these sets didnt come together and randomly priced the set at $45. I accepted, went home and set it up. Of course; there are a lot of pieces that don't connect to anything! (Such as downward ramp pieces that must connect to something). I called the owner and explained that I believe the 5th set was in fact apart of what I had purchased. She told me no, it wasn't apart of the set and I could bring in the pieces that don't fit anything, for a credit toward the 5th set!! Which makes no sense; i want to complete my set not give pieces away??! Seems like another worker priced the set incorrectly at $23 and the owner wasnt going to let it go for that price. Very shady! Now my set is incomplete and she wants me to pay more money to get the pieces that belong to my set. Horrible customer service.

Being hot and sweaty just feels gross and it wasn't a good experience because of it. It was obvious the employees were hot as well. I work in retail back home and it is hell, going around everywhere to keep the place organized and helping customers when its not only high degree weather outside but also inside. I mean I know it's not a businesses job to accommodate for everyone but you should want too. There are people with disabilities that are effected worse in the heat and they aren't gonna be happy in that store. Customer service was amazing though, great employees..hope they stay hydrated
