WARNING A TOTAL SCAM! Nightmare trying to get your money back from this RIPOFF organization…read more Phoenix group bombed from lack of adequate support and leadership. I am six out of seven original investors in the Phoenix group to leave and beg for my wasted dollars back. Good luck getting it from these thieves! You will end up paying this group for their expensive program but getting real help from other REI local groups in the valley because The Real Ripoff's won't be even in the state. Don't be swindled! Their responses are total lies, THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND LEFT TOWN! As simple as that. When we complained or brought up legit issues they acted like we were no trying hard enough? Nothing is really LOCAL it's all in Texas. They tried to start a chapter in Phoenix but had no experienced investor running it. What a joke. The only support you will get is by email and it will be very SLOW. The property you were looking at will be long gone by the time they get back to you. Took forever for them to get documents back to us as well. They don't go to auctions with you either. When they recruit you they pretend they will be right there helping you, "holding your hand with support you can touch." They also claim you will have an experienced real estate investor leading your team, no what they actually give you are merely Real Estate Agents who have never done any investing. So deceptive, the only thing they want to actually touch is your money after they get it you will not share airspace with them again unless you travel to Texas. The main CEO travels around the United States on money he swindled from others in his expensive Travel RV. He claims to be a such a moral person yet has no conscience what he has done to other human beings. Instead he just moves around a LOT.... On a permanent vacation with our money while we struggle. Don't buy their program you can get the same info for free on YouTube. That's where they probably plagiarized it from anyway. Don't walk RUN away from this company!

However, after finding this group of which and how it works, I was ready to join even before the two-day seminar. However, I was told i could not join until the seminar to make sure I understood what I was going be joining. So far, I associated myself with many like-minded investors and i am very happy of the choice I made so far. The best is yet to come and i am just a simple person wanting something better for my self and my family. I am grateful for this opportunity and do not take it for granted. You can take a horse to the river but you cant make it drink the water, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear and I am totally ready.

We've been a member of Lifestyles Unlimited for around 3 years at the most basic level. At that…read morelevel, we paid several hundred dollars a year. What we received that was worth the money: * how to vet tenants for potential problems and stay within the law * copies of legal forms and property review checklists * good information on how to price various levels of work and repairs * detailed information on how to challenge property tax valuations * lists of contractors good enough for commercial properties In this last case, we had more than one contractor fix things on our own home in addition to our rentals ... take that, Angie's List. And you could find reputable vendors for very exotic projects like ripping out swimming pools and cleaning up a crime scene. No, we didn't need that. A roto-rooter who comes out on a holiday weekend without charging an arm, and a leg and someone who can fix a garage door opener that night, priceless. If you are buying homes to rehab and then rent out before selling them for a greater premium, a group like Lifestyles Unlimited is invaluable. The group also has people who develop such opportunities and sell them, so this is a legitimate source of "turnkey" properties. We didn't utilize that, so I can't rate that function. What wasn't worth the money: The regular sales pitches to sign up for closed-market investment deals; at those higher levels, you're paying $10-30,000 just to be ELIGIBLE to sign up. If you don't have $200,000 to invest, the ROI just doesn't seem worth it. Property vetting tools that do the math for you, if you pay a monthly or annual subscription to access them. Generic goal setting and motivation seminars you can find at any business conference.

Very organized and the party area had plenty of seats, tables, and you can bring in any food you want. We had pizza delivered and staff was great to help. The building Spark was located within was also artsy and cool. Highly recommended! The only thing difficult was the parking. Be careful of no parking areas.

There was an art installation (similar or part of Meow) and so much fun to take a look at this vibrant and funky art. For Insta people, lots of fun photo opportunities! There is a giant steel structure/installation that has lots of space to climb in, slide through and explore. So much to see and we spent a good 60 mins of play there. Make sure to check the corners ( you're allowed to go in) so you don't miss anything. We almost missed an area. Also there is some areas to do some art as well. We didn't stop to do it but it's there. One slide can be intense, so probably not for small kiddos. Probably good for kids 7 and above (6 if they are courageous) just because of the climbing structure areas and bars width. Parents with young children should follow, they literally can land up somewhere else and some areas they do need to climb up and might need help. Definetly wear sneakers. I wore the wrong shoes and couldn't go into certain areas. Great concept and fun!
