The secretary said $400. for the year. When the technician arrived he proceeded to tell me it would be $500. I explained when I booked the appointment I was told $400. To which the technician responded the secretary was new and the best they could do would be $450.00. No phone call was placed to the office by the technician to confirm. Needless to say, we no longer wish to conduct business with Johnny Bugs.

I have had no sleep and when I lay down in my bed the roaches crawl over my pillow and down my back. & all over my face! I never had this many roaches. Suspect thatcher planted them especially the rms I never had a roach in it, I do now! This is a nightmare! It's 12:26am it has not stopped since it got darks. A few months ago we noticed these teeny tiny ants around the kitchen sink area which we later learned are known as ghost ants. They treated that problem successfully and we signed up for quarterly service. Really .... these technicians know their stuff ... for the initial treatment they took off some switch plates to deal with the ghost ants ... went up in the attic. Just had them come back for a renewal of the fire ant treatment. They are not only knowlegeable but also follow up to ensure we aren't having any issues.

My neighbor is having their yard sprayed, which they do yearly…read more I always lay out tarps in my yard when they do this, because I grow food here and keep bees and would like to diminish the impact of spray-drift. I very sweetly--really very very politely-- asked the technician if he could "please do your best when you approach the fence to not spray into my yard," and I explained that I was growing food. He responded, "I don't give a f-k what you are doing over there, mind your own f-king business." Calmly and politely, I replied: "Please, I am asking very nicely that you just try your best; there is no need to speak like that." He said, "and I'm telling you very f-ing rudely to mind your own f-king business." As I walked away, he yelled, "I'm so glad I don't have to deal with or live next to you!" So....take what you will from this report. There are many exterminator companies available. This one has a very low quality member, utterly lacking in any sort of professionalism and just basic social norms and graces. Frankly, his behavior was shocking and disgusting. I remained very calm and polite throughout his verbal assault.
