Started calling around after researching on the internet. called 9 local plumbing companies(Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, WA), received responses from 2 the day I called all 9. I actually talked to 2 that day, one was M & M. I explained problem to Carrol. Decided on M & M. Set appointment on Thursday, Michael and Mathew arrived promptly on Friday. Explained what I needed and how much it would be. Gave them the go ahead(after checking with the Boss/MY Wife), they did the job quickly and actually did more than I had asked- all costing me less than I had thought it would cost. Fast response, better price, excellent service, going the extra mile are what M & M the best in my locality(Olympia, Lacey, Tumwater) . I'm not impressed easily, but, the people with M & M went out of their way to take care of my problem, went the extra mile to make sure everything was right and didn't gouge out the extra pound of flesh they could have easily gotten from me, if they weren't honest and great people. These are the best folks around! I initially contacted them to install gas in my kitchen for a new stove. They did a perfect job for less than their estimate. I called them again for a problem with my faucet. The dad came out and showed me how to tighten it (it wasn't broken; I was just being dumb). He didn't charge me! When my garbage disposal jammed the brothers came out, took out my disposal, and wrestled with it until they dislodged the small pieces of plastic responsible. They tested it, re-installed it, and showed me the best way to clean it out each month. They could have just told me it had to be replaced. This family-run company is honest, fast, and helpful. I called M&M to replace and move a recirculating pump/timer on the top of my heater that was originally installed in a spot that made it difficult to see and adjust when the power went out. As it turned out, Matt was able to reset it so it didn't need to be changed and rotate it so I could read it more conveniently. That saved me a bunch of money because I didn't need a new pump and no piping changes were required. He also repaired one leaky hose bib and replaced another. M & M Plumbing is a family owned, local company. Over the years I have had 3 different plumbers come to my home...these are the only people I would ever have back. I have an old mobile home and most contractors won't even consider working on it. M & M did not hesitate...they re piped the entire home, installed a new hot water heater, installed a stellar water filter that is reasonable to operate (I can now drink my water), put in a new outside faucet where I didn't have one before, and the end results are great...and the bill did not send me into cardiac arrest:-) read more

During my home remodeling project, these plumbers were the ones to call. They had availability right away, and were very friendly on the phone. The business is family owned, and everyone who I worked with from start to finish was beyond nice and friendly. They do not charge to come to your house, and their hourly rate is better than anywhere else around. Mike, the plumber, was on point with everything he did. You could tell he knew what he was doing, and has been doing it for awhile! I will use them again for any plumbing needs I may have! read more

After calling around for a quote to replace my gas water heater, M&M were the best priced by quite a bit. They were very nice to deal with and were quick to get the job done. M & M Plumbing did a terrific job repairing a leaking Moen MotionSense kitchen faucet. Moen did a great job of honoring their lifetime warranty, They sent out a new faucet cartridge and a control box which arrived in just a couple of days. M & M charged only for the time they spent on the repair, not a flat-rate as many other plumbing companies would have done. The result for us was a solid repair at a great price. 11/10/2014 If you don't have a family member who is a plumber, these are the guys to call. Discovered my hot water heater was leaking and called the M & M Crew at 8AM. They replaced/installed a new hot water heater and were out the door before noon. Rick, the owner and his son Mike, were cordial, knowledgeable and experienced. I just had a small leak come from the copper pipe feeding under the house. This is the first company we called and had a great feeling just from the initial phone call. When they came out, they were professional and started assesing the damage right away. They showed us exactly what the problem was and replaced the deteriorating pipe right away.
