Once you buy a plow or trailer hitch or whatever they do not want to deal with you anymore. They don't answer questions on the phone. I'm having problems with a brand new plow that I paid over $10,500 2025 the guy at the counter actually told me that he has customers ready to sell something too that he can't answer any of my questions This isn't the first time something like this happened. I bought multiple trailer hitch for 500 bucks apiece. I asked them something about a diesel transfer and he was supposed to hold it for me. The price went from $1600 to over $1800 within a month and he was supposed to hold one for me and he never did what a disgrace this company is. There are so many other companies that are much better. The only reason why I went to this is because of my dealership on the new truck I bought recommended them and it was close by. Go to JC Madigan, Salem, Brake, and clutch, Moroney body Works, etc.. Find somebody else. Boyer is not good. Do not go. read more

Todd has always been fair on all his prices. I have had lots of auto body done on our cars over the past 20 years, raising two teenages. Brought my 05 carola here a few years ago and they did a sub par job. While the paint matched up fine there are some area where the paint ran. You can clearly see it, I know they rushed the job because I remember calling them a few days before and they did not even start the job. All the sudden the car was ready in the 2 days he had left to return the car by the promise date. We even told him to take his time and that there was no rush. Second time I visited for a quote on something else and his quote was far more than the other I had gotten not to mention the guy was very rude not worth the trouble. I only bothered the second time around because I heard a few good things around town. Look elsewhere for bodywork these guys suck. read more

The were eager to sell us a trailer and gave us the song and dance about being there if when any issues were to come up. We had the trailer for one year and, while on the highway, the lugs sheared off. When we called and told them we were bringing it in they told us they were not interested in servicing it and to bring it to some place else. Until all the tires are examined for safety we can not use the trailer. We are a medium size business looking to add several more trailers and will, absolutely, will not be purchasing anything from them again. read more

Where do I start......the North Hampton NH location is a joke. I had to take my truck back after I was told everything was finished. Had hyper flashing directional's, lamp out message, and popcorn welds that look like a child did while playing with a harbor freight welder. I was told my light issue's were " normal" for that year truck. I had to rewire everything they did so all my lights work without hyper flash and warnings. This weekend I will grind and weld the bed to the frame like it should be. They even undercoated the frame where they "tried" welding in an attempt to hide the great welds !! Nevermind all the overspray EVERYWHERE !! Fair warning I highly recommend staying away from their North Hampton location . read more

WILL NEVER RETURN!!! I really wish Yelp had an option for 0 stars, but I guess a 1 will do for now. Owner was extremely rude, could not meet deadlines and didn't even have the courtesy to call after the car was repaired (His response was "There are only so many hours in a day" Really? On top of that the car was returned in horrible condition (interior still littered with glass and grease ) Not to mention when car was brought for inspection at a RESPECTABLE dealer, it was not fixed CORRECTLY in the first place. This body shop is overpriced. My son had some minor front end damage to his car so he went to Boyer's to get an estimate. When he went in, my son told the person at Boyer's ( I believe the owner) that this would not be an insurance claim and that he would be paying for the repair out of his own pocket. The estimate came out to $3,000 and which, after going to two other body shops for estimates, found out that Boyer's estimate was way overpriced. The other two body shops came back with estimates of $2,300 and $1,800. Needless to say, my son did not have his car repaired at Boyer's and went with the $1,800 estimate (from Steve Giles Auto Body) and is very happy with the result. So I would recommend that if your car needs body work repair that you should stay away from Boyer's. read more

Not quite sure where the less than positive reviews come from. I have dealt with them on a linex van spray and very recently for a after market bumper linex spay job. They purchased the part, sprayed it and had it ready on the date and time promised. read more

I had an issue two years after my Linex was sprayed, nothing they did wrong but looking for advice on what my options are. They wouldn't return my call or any of my emails. I don't get it because I was clear that I will be paying for any repairs, not warranty work. I guess they don't need anymore business, but a little common courtesy would have been nice read more

The gentlemen at this business are very professional and you can expect to get what you pay for. I will be returning as a repeat customer for side rail steps and a bed cover very soon. I have brought 2 trucks to them for Line-X spray on bed liners. Both were beautifully done. I couldn't be happier. They even removed the plugs from the tie down holes so that I can add tie downs without having to dig the plugs out from under the Line-X. There are shops closer to me but a friend highly recommended them after seeing other trucks they have done. After seeing the result, I made the right choice. read more
