I dropped my car off for repairs on 4/27/26 which was a Monday and Prestige had my car fixed in 4 days, I picked my car up on 5/1/26. It came out perfect. They did a fantastic job. Sarah who works at the front desk is a delight to work with. She made this whole process very easy and seemless. The girls in the office are fantastic as well. Prestige Auto body is run very well. Great business I have used them twice. My car was hit on the front of the car and a couple weeks later on the back of my car. They did a fantastic job fixing my car. I would highly recomment them. Great bodywork. They are 100% trustworthy. Enterprise car rental is down the street, so they call and set up a rental car for you. It was the easier, no stress process. Love this business. Prestige was handling a Toyota paint recall. Went there with my paperwork all in hand. The man took pics of my car and said it would be a year in the paint cue, (which I thought was ridiculous). Fast forward 15 months and I haven't heard a word. I go there and get the run a round. No record of me being there and the manager Shaun is always in a meeting like he works on Wall Street. So, their employee dropped the ball and I am out a paint job because no one can step up and make things right. Won't be using this place. read more

I have used Prestige in the past and had excellent service. So, after I was in a large accident I didn't hesitate to take my car to them again. However, I was very disappointed with my more recent experience. I was given a timeline for my car to be repaired which was extended multiple times over the course of the repair leading me to scramble to get a rental or find a car to borrow to get to work at the last minute. I even had to continually call to get the information that my car was not ready myself! Overall, they had my car for over a month when the initial estimate time was two weeks. To top it off, when I got home my brake light was still out so the work was not complete. While I understand that good work takes time, I wish the staff had been more transparent about the work that was being done and given me a firm day when my car was going to be ready for pickup so that I could plan. I felt like I was being given the run around the entire time which was very frustrating! read more

My car needed to be repaired after an accident in December. Amica said we could go anywhere we chose but they did have some recommendations. I chose Prestige because they did an amazing job for my old Ford. We were told everything was behind because many smaller body shops had closed during the pandemic, so they gave us an appointment for February 3rd. They arranged for our rental to be there when we dropped off my car, and again when we dropped it off. Very convenient! My car looked brand new when I picked it up. Was quoted for work to repair my damaged vehicle. The person who did the estimate, Jim, was very prompt and courteous and answered all my questions and then gave me a full estimate report for cost and repair. When I had the vehicle dropped off for the repair it was a simple and quick process and I was called back within a few days. I based my decision to use Prestige Auto Body off of the reviews I have seen across the web and here on Yelp and the attention to detail and experience working on rare or exotic vehicles was reassuring. What I received however when I was called to pick the vehicle up was anything but exemplary. There re-assembly of body moldings and bumper on the vehicle had 1/4 sized gaps in spots some spots, other parts of the vehicle exhibited impact marks as if pieces were hit or dropped. The vehicle's original decals were removed for repair but never replaced upon delivery. When questioned they assured me that they would have them in ASAP though I never received a call. One portion of the repair had overspray and you could clearly see that they had not painted the entire portion of the body completely, only down to a certain point and relied on the moulding to cover it up afterwards. Something that is noticeable even to the average person. There were excessive scratches and dings on the roof of the vehicle where workers I can only assume, placed tools causing the scratches. On the plus side they did clean the vehicle's inside well, vacuumed the carpets and collected what little items were in the vehicles trunk. The color match was also very well done. Unfortunately the work performed was not at 100% and needed further repair. A vehicle should not go in for repair and come back with more damage or issues. This experience shocked me as the front of house was professional and attentive, they were using state of the art equipment and everything appeared to be organized and very clean. However what goes on behind the counter in the shop leaves a bit to be desired it would seem. read more

My car was damaged during a cross-country shipment, and I took it here to be repaired. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and professional. All items on the estimate were explained thoroughly, and my questions answered. Donna especially was awesome in dealing with the owner of the trucking company regarding the payment for the damage to my car. She's tough--I wouldn't want to encounter her alone in a dark alley! After reading everybody's reviews here I'm really amazed they had such great service. My service started with a little let down as they were supposed to reach out to me the same day within the hour and nobody ever did. I had to chase down an appointment. The lack of communication was extremely disappointing. When I went to go pick up my vehicle they only did partial job which also very disappointing now I'm having to take my vehicle back and be without my vehicle once again. Overall there is a big lack of communication. Not to mention I had to call them on multiple occasions to get information as information is very Vague as nobody's forthcoming. Anyways maybe I just happened to be 1 out of all these other good reviews that just had this experience! Also there's parts and pieces of my vehicle they were not put back together I've noticed after pick up of vehicle unsure where they even go that are inside my vehicle ? I recently bought a late model Mercedes that had quite a few dents and dings on several body panels, including a large dent on the hood. I was fully expecting to have to have the car painted at a cost of many thousands of dollars. I took the car to Prestige on the recommendation of my local Mercedes dealer. After meeting with Jim and showing him the damage, he quickly recognized that my car would be a good candidate for PDR (Paintless dent repair). I brought the car in soon after, and the work was completed in one day. I could not believe my eyes when I saw the car!!! It was absolutely FLAWLESS, without a trace of any of the dents. It literally looked BRAND NEW! I saved thousands of dollars, and I credit Jim for not trying to clean out my wallet, and recommending the best repair for my situation. The paint on the roof of my RAV4 was peeling off so I reached out to a friend who does minor body work as well as someone I know that sells cars. Both recommended that I work with Prestige (the friend said he couldn't do the job himself). Things started out great right from the get go when a Prestige employee told me during the initial estimate that I should check with the dealership to confirm it wasn't under warranty before paying them to have it fixed. I was surprised but happy that they suggested this though it ended up not being covered. I am very happy with the end result. They matched the paint color exactly and I didn't get paint anywhere it shouldn't be. They also did a fantastic job cleaning the inside and the body of the car. I did see that some of the reviews mentioned poor communication and I will say that I experienced this as well though it didn't create any problems. Someone hit my Lexus in a parking lot and did extensive damage to the trunk, rear bumper and fender. I took it to Prestige as recommended by the insurance company. They did a flawless job. Even detailed the car to the point they vacuumed the trunk! Paint match is great. I can't even tell where their work differed from original. Staff is very friendly and professional. They scheduled a rental for me and went to bat by getting me a large enough car to fit my family of 5 - and this was bigger than the rental car originally offered. The rental was there as scheduled, and car was finished on time. Everything was well-explained. In short - perfect. I didn't give them 5 stars only because I didn't shop the job around so I'm not sure whether they are the cheapest. But I wasn't looking for cheap. Prestige wanted to charge me $48 for a written estimate. They said it would be deducted from my bill if I got the repair done there. That is not how to earn my business. The man I talked to said they only do free estimates for certain insurance companies, so call ahead and inquire before wasting a trip to their office. I was told that they will not give free estimates for Citizens Insurance (ie Hanover Insurance) and will not give free estimates if you are paying out-of-pocket yourself. Wow! Needless to say, they did not earn my business and did not get my $48 dollars. Won't bother ever going back neither will anyone I know. There are plenty of good body shops around that give free estimates, so why would anyone pay $48 for an estimate? I went down the street to Henry's auto body and got a free estimate in 5 minutes, and then another free estimate at Crossroads Collision in another 5 minutes. Both reputable shops, and no appointment necessary at either of these places. read more

I saw the great reviews so I decided to go to Prestige to at least get an estimate since my body shop had marginal reviews. I walked in the door and after a few moments a gentleman asked if he could help me. I told him I was looking for an estimate. He asked if insurance would be paying or if I would. I told him that it would not be going through my insurance. He then asked if I would be paying to which I smiled and said if my insurance is not paying I guess I would... He then said the estimate would be $45. I replied that I thought estimates were free and I was visiting them because of their strong yelp reviews. He curtly replied that they charge for self pay estimates and will refund the fee after the work is done. I told him that I would not be getting an estimate and would be doing a review on yelp. He then explained that if they charge the fee they will get the business to which I said that is the precise reason not to charge. Customers do not want to be held hostage. I said thank you and walked out. The whole two minutes in the shop was unpleasant. Jim was definitely not a people person and I would stay away from that shop at all costs. read more

So here I am again with another review on Prestige Auto Body in Manchester. To date they have repaired my wife's Lexus, two of my Tundra's, my daughters car and of course my 1992 mustang. Well since I have had such good luck with Prestige I asked them if they would paint and install a rear wing on my Mustang. They gave me an estimate, Dave, the owner performed the work himself, (he likes/loves doing custom work himself) and Jim in the office helped me through the initial estimate as well as kept me updated with the progress. Well, the job turned out to be more work than they expected, (that happens in that business) but they stuck to their quote and not only did I save a bunch of money but the work was flawless!! The work was performed on schedule, (you never want to rush a body man) and delivered spic and span. I only found Prestige through my car dealer and I'm very pleased that they put me on to them.
