They were able to meet the price I had from online and were able to get the specialty tires I wanted within a day and had everything mounted and balanced. The spare tire was delayed by their supplier and they were great in communicating and getting the spare done the next day.

The parts side of this business is a plus. Everything you can think of is here for the everyday things. The location is right over the Mass line and right off Exit 5 on 93. I didn't experience smoke and mirrors in this place, I guess common communication and experience in heavy truck/trailer work makes them stand out.

Dracut Tire Shop business and their employees used to be reliable, honest, and good in their car…read morefixing but not any more: they drop my wheels sensors while changing my tires. Therefore, the exclamation sign was continue coming, when brought my car back to them and asked why exclamation sign is coming after I changed my tires by you they said they'll check. After checking they said you had connection problems wires needed to be checked. After placing the new wires the sign continue coming, when brought my car back they said my car exhaust is broken...long list, but can't stop mentioning; during state inspection they didn't pass my car as the car number plate needed to be change...and so back and fourth ... some of my friends had similar experience with them; continuation of car fixing problems that Dracut Tire Shop had created for them too. One friend told me how they put one shorter break shoe during both break shoes and pads changing, that caused many loud noises. When brought the car back they started to bragged how high reputation of their services they have arguing and becoming agitated instead of checking the break that they had put. When my friend told them that he took his car to another car shop and the mechanic told him one pads and shoe break is not the right size; only then Dracut Tire Shop mechanics agreed to check his prior work; think his name is Dave; he changed the break shoe and pad to right one by saying it was a manufacture failure. I wonder why they do such unprofessional work and why they create such car fixing problems. I also wondered why they did such problematic work to my and my friends cars, may be we are color people and they don't like them, or they do such problematic car no fixing but creating more problem to customers' cars, means they create car problems for everybody. They also charged more money for their services too, expensive. I stop going to them, even stop for state inspection too so my friends too. They seemed to be angry and unhappy people otherwise why they do such unprofessional work what they do

They even tried to claim it was a different tire, despite it being the exact same one they worked on. Their own employee admitted a proper repair shouldn't fail in three weeks. I needed a BCM for a 96 Jeep. I was advised that it could be returned if it was incompatible with my Jeep. Turns out that I didn't need the part itself, nor could I install it anyway because it would have changed my mileage, AND I would have had to have replaced or reprogrammed the chip I'm my keys. (I was advised of none of this by Herbert's) The day I took it in, with the receipt in hand, to return the part I was advised that they wouldn't return it because it had been obviously tampered with, I was given some B.S. about how they mark their plugs and this one didn't have any of their markings on them, the case itself was pointed out and the guy behind the counter told me it was obviously tampered with, he could tell by looking at it... Then came the giant lie... The same guy that sold me the part in Jan tells me "but even if it wasn't, we can't return stuff like this anyway, we don't have a return policy for computers and brain boxes" I know for a fact the bcm was not tampered with and while pointing this out to the staff and trying to ask clarifying questions I was brushed off and treated like I was trying to scam them. I warned my mechanic that they just accused him of being a thief and he assures me they will not get his companies business anymore. I will NEVER buy another part from them, EVER. I would rather buy a part brand new or over cost than return to this place. They are liars and cons. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It turned out I needed a transmission not a transfer case. So I asked if I could trade it towards the transmission and they said bring it down. When my grandson and I got there they said bring around the side. The guy came to take it out and said to wait and got the boss who said they would never sell anything that looked like that and I swapped it and I was a liar in front of my grandson. He told me the only way to fix it was to turn the rotor while it was still on the car but there lathe was broken. He eventually admitted that he did not want to warranty the warped rotor that he just put on my car and wanted me to just drive it until their lathe was fixed - in about 2 weeks. I will never return to a business that lies to me.
