The staff member acted annoyed by my presence, offered no genuine help, and very quickly began speaking to me in a condescending and dismissive manner. When I asked reasonable questions about the pricing -- which was extremely high -- I was treated as if I couldn't afford it and as if my questions were a waste of her time. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you should be able to explain the value behind them. I work with a wide range of clients, including high-profile individuals, and I understand premium pricing very well. What I don't accept is being talked down to or made to feel inferior for wanting clarity. Instead of professionalism, I got attitude, judgment, and blatant disrespect. The interaction was so uncomfortable that it made me seriously question whether I was being profiled based on my appearance or the color of my skin. I can't prove intent, but the treatment was undeniably dismissive and degrading -- something no customer should ever experience. This business clearly does not value all customers equally. If you don't fit whatever image they've decided is "worth their time," expect to be rushed, judged, and disrespected. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to take their money elsewhere.

The day before the wedding, I called to confirm that delivery arrangements were made and all was seat to go.  Yes, it was, Eugene confirmed.   The day of the wedding, we arrived at the restaurant to find beautiful orchids on the tables, elegantly potted with care instructions.  The newly  wedded couple was so happy with the plants, and the feedback from guests was the same.   Everyone who was willing to take home an orchid did so, none wasted.   What a wonderful investment in our friends' future! Elizabeth and Eugene came through for us in a short time with epic results!   What more can one ask for? I highly recommend this florist!

There were plenty of prearranged flowers that I could pick from. The place is big and with a nice array of flowers, decorative items, chocolates and more. The servers were friendly and accommodating. I understand that the prices of flowers have gone up in the last few years, so I had an idea of what the prices would be. They are not cheap, but they are absolutely beautiful!
