We arrived 5 days ago on Saturday and the hot tub jets were not working with a sign posted that maintenance was working on repair. Three days later the weather got cold and we really are looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. Still Broken :( We went to the office to inquire a to when it would be fixed and the lady didn't even know it was broken ?? The lady called to another lady in the other room and asked if she knew the hot tub was down. The lady snapped back "tell them it gets fixed when it gets fixed" (insert nasty tone here). The staff was friendly and they have beach toys and umbrellas that you can take with you to the beach. The room was HUGE! If you wanted to stay for a week, you would be fine in the room, which came with a sitting area, a mini kitchen (fridge, cooktop, microwave and toaster oven). The room was quiet. They had a nice little sitting area adjacent to the pool for breakfast in the AM; so relaxing to sit and sip coffee there. The pool was very clean and heated. All in all, a lovely break!

So incredibly disappointed!…read more Dirty elevator and dirty lobby restrooms. An awful, heavy perfume smell from the elevator all the way to the room. There was a giant fan running in the hallway (not sure why), but I could hear it through the door all night. The same overpowering smell hits you the second you walk into the room. The bathroom smelled overwhelmingly like bleach. The carpet was dirty enough that I would not take my shoes off. Old, chipped furniture. No real desk chair, just a banquet chair. I'm a Gold member, selected my room, and was still moved from a king room closer to the water to a double-bed room. The bed was lumpy, pillows were flat, and the lighting was poor; the room felt very dark and uninviting. I was moved to a new room the following night, which was much better, though it still didn't feel truly "clean." That said, Kendra and Steve at the front desk were awesome and did their best to help & the view from the room was beautiful.

All hotels over 3 star hotels have real down pillows and clean beds with soft sheets & proper mattresses. There was a hole in the blanket, no duvet or comforter, and literally the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever tried to sleep in. Had a terrible night's sleep. The room smelled like bleach upon arrival, had hair in the sink and shower, a wet bathmat, used Kleenex on the floor, NO water pressure in the shower, a worm on the floor, a bug next to the sink, stains on the chair by the window, refrigerator not working, no mini bar, this is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel, definitely NOT a 4 star place, and not a "RESORT". Also, lobby smells like mold and cigars, ductwork is clearly in need of cleaning. WOULD NEVER stay here again or recommend to this "resort" to anyone !!! Every four star hotel in the world has down pillows and a down comforter! This place is a dump!

Most homes have their own private pools, but there is also a central "club" area with a gorgeous community pool. State of the art fitness club with free weights, machines, treadmills, bikes, etc. There are also separate rooms for spin classes, pilates and yoga, etc. They offer personal trainers as well. Multiple restaurants with stunning golf-course views and a beautiful bar. The food options are plentiful and delicious. Service is professional and friendly. Conveniently located within half an hour of downtown Delray. Only complaint is that golf carts and walkers share the same "sidewalk." You just can't hear those carts coming, and it seems like only a matter of time before there is an unfortunate accident.
